Exactly. Rather see a guy make a few mistakes over the stretch of a season that will eventually make the team better come playoffs. McD like the conservative approach though. We still get burnt in the run game, Hamlin is a huge reason for that. No one seems to mind though

Did you see Hall run past Hamlin and Rapp come from the other side of the field to save a TD? Did you see Henry run by Hamlin and Rapp? Those plays don’t seem to define the vets but the one play defines the rookie?

We’re last in the league against the run, WRs are running open all over the field.3rd down is 3rd and easy for a lot of the season. Rapp made a few good plays the other night but this D has looked bad. You want to ***** on one guy for a bad first game but ok with the others despite it. Bishop got the most upside, best to get him on the field if you’re not getting high level play out of the other two safeties, and we’re not. Rapp made some good plays the other night but has average most of season. Hamlin has just been average and has made his fair share of mistakes. People ***** on Bishop for the Collins play but forget Hamlin on the Henry run. Lol

He knows the playbook better, that’s all that matters🙄. Guys are running open all over the field against us and no one seems to be aware because Rapp made a couple big stops in the endzone.

Chances are when we get to playoffs they’ll be regretting not letting this kid take his lumps early in the season. Jmo
