All Gunner's Draft stuff 2020 edition...
Ga boy replied to GunnerBill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I know you have forgotten more than I know, but Higgins will go round 1. Maybe Green Bay. It makes it more interesting for me to go out on a limb?. Thanks for your depth on this. Good read. -
He’s a north-south blur, and east-west wiggle, not to mention good hands and runs over and past DBs!! Great 4th rounder. Go Bills!!!

NFL Preparing for all Options: Including No Fans
Ga boy replied to TroutDog's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I’m seeing that many states are starting a phased re-opening in May. Once restaurants, subways, barbers, etc open, the chances for football improve. All through this, medical workers have been in close quarters along with retail workers, and essential operations have managed to continue. I don’t know the stats for their infection, but I’m sure there will be strategic testing soon that will allow near normal operations in most situations, including football, albeit no fans or few fans. (Maybe there’s enough high school and college fields in Montana. There is a Buffalo but I don’t know if they have a field. LOL!) MLB and golf will be the litmus tests. My hope is that we’ll see Josh Allen throwing TD passes by Oct. Go Bills!!! -
Jay Glazer: I will break big, national news tomorrow
Ga boy replied to FluffHead's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yes. Pats will come up with high profile player. Everyone knows that Pats, Boys, Pack, get inside help to be banner teams. A shoe has to drop for Pats. Here’s my big tip that I’ll release right now: Matt Ryan to Pats. Hear me now, believe me later. -
I’d like to see Bennett’s first game at Rich. Everyone was chanting ELWAY and he got some Biscuit. I was there. Anyone remember what year??? Go Bills!!
-
Totally agree. Better not pass on Claypool or Higgins if they’re there. I mean it!! We need a TO type. If they are and we take a corner, OL or anything, I’ll cry for week. In fact, I hope they move up 5-10 spots to nab one of them. Go Bills!!!
-
Yes, 90% of draftniks here last year said he was a beast ?. He is an example of the rookie doldrums and validates why we did better than drafting a WR at 22. I don’t understand the knocks on Knox. Go Bills!

I’d like it on a cap, but not on helmet.

Next years starters - only getting better
Ga boy replied to Coach55's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Agree. KC and Seattle look tough, and maybe Steelers. Still need a FB and Josh needs at least 6 250+ yard games please. 12 or more wins would be awesome, anything less than 10 would be awful. Go Bills!! -
What would an “All In” move be to you?
Ga boy replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Ok, you gotta identify whatever. My whatever Would be 2021 first, and our 2nd and 4th this year. I do want the Hammer but he won’t come cheap. -

Trade 2021 first and Beasley or Brown to get in top 15 to get elite WR in this years draft. We’d be unstoppable. Go Bills!! -
Bills trade for Diggs - jw no discussions on a restructure
Ga boy replied to Reed83HOF's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yes!! He better look better; however, if he looks like last year, he’s safe. He needs more games like the Steeler and Miami games. Only reason to look elsewhere is if his arm falls off. Go Bills!!! -
We are looking at Melvin Gordon according to this tweet

I prefer Derrik Henree who’d give us some thundar and rumbel -
Internally there’s some love for Tee Higgins
Ga boy replied to BillsMafi$'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Tee is the guy for me. He’s big with good hands and radius. Let’s see his speed. If he’s 4.5 we’ll have to go get him at 16. I can’t see the GM waiting to see if he drops. If he’s closer to 4.6, he may be there at 22. I think he’s better for us than some the marquee guys. Go Bills!! -
Most mocks put him in first. I like his size. If he can do 4.4 as some say, he might not last til 22. Go Bills!!
-
Many had same take on Metcalf last year and we wouldn’t be drafting a WR if he was a Bill. Think we’d be lucky if he’s still there at 22. If he is and we don’t nab him, I’ll cry a river.
-
That’s what most say. I see Higgins big like TO and Megatron. Josh would love that. Best case scenario would be to get him at 22.
-
Love to have Ruggs, Higgins or Lamb at 16 in that order. I think GM should trade our 1st and 3rd for 19, then give Falcons 19 and 5th to get our WR. We need to keep our 2nd for bruiser RB or quick edge. I think giving up two picks after 2nd round would be worth it to get an elite WR. Josh could become elite and very dangerous. We would embarrass Pats. Can only dream. Go Bills!!

Pure strategery: Play 1s for conference games, and others for non conference. Also, change tiebreakers to minimize non conference games. Also, give more weight for points scored in conference games. I can’t do all the thinking. Got ideas?

Do you think the Bills are going to make a big run at Clowney?
Ga boy replied to njbuff's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Don’t have the data but my guess is that Trent had fewer snaps. I agree that Trent came on second half and keeping him will help the process. Go Bills! -

Noooo. Nerds will make our country great again? -
He doesn’t belong in same room with John U, Marino, Montana, Favre and Peyton ... but he could hang out with Griese, Dawson and Moon.

Running Backs A Dime a Dozen & Is It a Passing League ?
Ga boy replied to T master's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Good stuff and good points; however, Chiefs have an ace in the hole. They have a great running game and his name is Mahomes. Also, this guy can throw long and accurate, even while being chased. He buys time with his scrabbles, ala Tarkenton and Flutie but with turbo power. I think Reid knows how to counter a shadow on him. It becomes 11 vs 10, or 6 play makers against 5 defenders and a lot of open space between LOS and GL. Advantage KC. I say KC wins 32-24. Reid gets his overdue Lombardi.
