Browns fans had to deal with a skunk in the stands during the game
DaggersEOD replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall
You sure someone wasn’t just lighting one up? 🥹 -
Oh I 100% agree the dude is done. His body quit and that’s the end of the road for a player whose success depended on his suddenness. I don’t think OBD will sign him and I don’t want them to. I think what “they” are doing bringing him up is to both vent frustration at an important position falling short and to troll for those posters who have an over the top emotional reaction every time he’s brought up. It’s like they can’t help themselves and bite every single time. 😅🤣

I’m sure that’s what “they” are after. 🙄🙄 It has nothing to do with a lack of decent slot play since he left. I get it, you’re a hater. 👍 Just silly to have such strong personal feelings associated with a retired ex-player and the fans who expected OBD to have a plan for slot once he left.

OLIVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN A TURKEY LEG!!!
DaggersEOD replied to familykwi's topic in The Stadium Wall
Just rewatched the game and on that safety “drive” it wasn’t just the safety. On 1st down he blew up a run for a large loss, otherwise, they wouldn’t have been in the position to make a tackle for a safety. Oliver essentially ended that drive by himself (as much as one can in football). But even taking it one play prior, the reason the Lions had the ball was because of another JA Red Zone INT. The Lions had the momentum and Oliver snuffed it out. Yes, the O ended up punting, but the Lions lost all the momentum they had with that INT. It was a dominant series of plays for Oliver that absolutely should’ve earned him a leg on its own IMO. -
Shrinkage. It’s cold up there.

McKenzie's Place in the Offense Going Forward
DaggersEOD replied to Warriorspikes51's topic in The Stadium Wall
Beasley, his skills and relationship with QB1 are sorely missed. That said, he doesn’t have those skills anymore and has since retired. But we really should find a true replacement as he was the engine that drove our O when he was balling out. -
I made national news representing Bills Mafia!

The thing is, that was the top of a 10 story building. The rest was under the 95’ of snow. -
The Bills won yesterday because.... (karma reasons only)

I’ve been trying to retire a very old and tattered lucky shirt and break in a new one. I finally gave up this week, pulled the OG back out and retired new one. I’m sorry I was so stubborn but we should be good to go now. -
I think what I’m learning is that having him in the middle allows our average/backup secondary cheat a bit on the edges, making them more effective overall as a unit. It’s taken me a bit to get here as I’ve been pretty hard on TE during his time in BUF but I can see a marked difference when he’s not on the field.

Allen's final throw, bad decision or bad pass?
DaggersEOD replied to TwistofFate's topic in The Stadium Wall
Actually, to me it looks like #54 read the play perfectly and settled into the passing window. JA notices and double clutches. You can see #54 jumping, assuming JA was going to throw into the 1st window. The throw goes right behind him, but the DB had the inside angle. To me, this was a telegraphed play by the Bills that the Vikes were expecting and ready for. They knew this pass was coming. IMO the play call was the problem and not going to the 2nd/3rd reads sealed the deal. -
Or even that Stampede play we do where we pull a bunch of linemen and Josh runs a sweep. I don't think it's ever been completely stopped...

On a run 1st team. He can thrive here

Saw a tweet, 5th most RB receiving yards since he joined the league in 2018. Bad QBs, amazing RBs ahead of him. I’ve always liked this player and thought he’s been underutilized.

Great we needed some help at S and he knows our system. Keeping it cheap pick-wise too, helps keep the shelves full of developing talent.

Bengals coach Adam Zimmer passes away at 38. RIP

Terrible terrible waste. I wish hus family nothing but peace and comfort in an impossible situation. -
I don’t know. I’m very glad that the new stadium process is progressing but man what a let down/meh. That’s a stadium designed for the drought 7-9 Bills IMO. Not the dynamic, SB Contending team we are today. Examples: - Opened air vs domed. The drought Bills needed harsh weather conditions to keep visiting dynamic O’s under control. Now WE have the dynamic O and the weather now impedes us. - The tiny scoreboard. That’s great when you’d rather not think about the score because your team struggles to put drives together. But when every drives seems to lead to points, you want that score large and in charge! - Small, in the corner “large-tron”. Again, more suited for a team you’d really rather not watch replays of (once was usually enough). Now, over and over, I want to see just HOW HIGH did Josh jump! Give me what LA and DAL have! - Bland exterior/generic interior. More for the “see NFL we met the new minimum stadium standard” drought era Bills vs the “Come watch an amazing show” current Bills. This seems to be the sensible, sedan-like stadium of the last era of Bills football. I want the 2 seater, 1 gallon / mile Racecar to go with our Racecar team! But as a sedan driver, it’s easy to say when you’re not paying the Bills! 😅😅
