  1. I see what you’re saying but no one is cheering after a loss.... it’s support and thanks after the season Is completed win or lose. But I got you, McD, staff and players will always welcome it.
  2. Yeah there’s a lot to home field advantage and NFL desires, NFL fan desires, perception etc.... To say refs don’t feel it, see it or respond unconsciously to it is not believable. How Houston goes an entire game without a penalty in play is crazy. Even McD said you gotta call that both ways, meaning he himself felt the refs were missing or not making calls.
  3. It’s youth, talent level, scheme awareness and execution. Bills have a young team, good not great players, a lot of new comers to the team and have missed a few times on the field. Another year, $90+ M in cap spaces, Free Agency and the draft will help. I expect big things in the next 2 years! Thats the window for this team. I’m excited from the improvement that’s taken place from the 2018-2019 season. It’s not all on the coaches.
  4. It’s like when coming home from deployment, being overseas for 7-12 months... flying home through Bangor Maine, seeing all the Vets line up, not a lot is said, but they are there to show thanks and appreciation for what you do... Its not a party, it’s not a celebration. Some could care less, but I think everyone respects it and would always approve of the love and support for what they’ve done over the past months good or bad is irrelevant! Calling it a hero’s welcome or whatever is not really what it is. It’s a fan base showing appreciation for what this team has done and accomplished.... they know we all want a Super Bowl too, more than anything!!! If there’s a time and place the organization allows that to happen after the season maybe it’s all not needed at the airport but I don’t think that happens and that may be the only option to see them together 1 last time to say thanks! If you disagree that’s fine, but to tell fans it’s dumb and not warranted you’re only looking at last night, which is fine but I disagree
  5. And the example of throwing your kid a party is a bad example.... Its not a party, it’s not a celebration, it’s a gesture of thanks and appreciation for everything they do on and off the field for these fans, team and community.
  6. Another thing is.... as a player you want the team to feel the fans, to play for them, to understand their passion for the team, to play for the community..... What kind of message does it send if you say F them, they lost ugly, blew it down the stretch in the playoffs. Who cares about what they’ve done the past 18 weeks. They don’t deserve it!!!! But then ask the players to understand how much this community loves them, how much this fan base supports them etc... yeah right, some fans suck, only care if they win, tweet to players to kill themselves etc..... that’s not the fan base an community these players brag about!!!! If you say otherwise you just don’t get it! It’s not being over dramatic by hoping they get a positive welcome home after a tough loss.... Whats over dramatic is stating the fact they don’t deserve anything cause they lost.
  7. I get it.... only support the team if they win!!! The point is this team did a lot of great things throughout the year... could have gone 12-4 easily. That’s a huge step considering they won 6 games the year before. 9 new starters on offense etc.... Point is, seasons over. When will fans be able to show the team their appreciation for this year....? It has nothing to do with the game last night vs the season.
  8. Allen needs an offense that can pound the ball!!! That needs to be our identity.... Singletary can’t do it by himself, a rookie this year. Pair him up with a Jordan Howard and draft OL.... Ford is not the answer at RT!!!!! He played good but I just don’t think he has NFL athleticism to play OT. Duke has looked good, Knox has looked good, Brown and Beasley with another year in the system will be better.... But the Bills need to be a run first team if Allen wants to succeed. You think Tannehill would be any good if they didn’t have the best RB in the league who played for 4 seasons and runs the ball 25+ times a game?!!?! Get a RT in the draft that can run block like a tank, grab FA Jordan Howard!!!! Run the ball!!!!!!!!!’
  9. Plain and simple this team needs a top 15 offense minimum to be able to compete for a title.... avg 17-18 pts a game offense won’t cut it.... to ask a defense to not give up more than 2 TDs vs these top NFL teams is never gonna work. If this offense can turn things around next year this team may be in the talks for a title. The Bills offense needs to be around 24-25 pts average. Josh needs to be around a 62-65% completions avg... Bills need a legit RB2 (Jordan Howard FA), and another WR.... Fan think this WR Corp needs a round 1 guy, I don’t. Brown, Beasley, Duke, McKenzie, Foster, Knox is a great start to work with.... if we can get a another solid vet, or if Beane can find a steal in round 3 we are good. Bills need a RT, LB and DE.... meaning keep building on the trenches and Defense front 7!!!!!!
  10. I’m sure the players appreciate it. Especially after a loss. Maybe not all of them but that’s not the point.Football is a way of life, could you imagine not having it. I love football season and love how the players love the fans and the community the play for. It’s a simple gesture. I just hope it’s a good turn out! You’re an idiot....
  11. If I lived anywhere near Buffalo I’d go for sure. It’s been a great season. Yeah the loss was tough and we have questions here or there. But this team deserves the support and thanks....
  12. I hope fans show up in droves at the airport tonight! This team is raw, young and still trying to gel after 1 season and lay it out on the line every game! As it stands now a majority of this squad will be back next year. I hope the fans and the community show up in appreciation and celebrate the accomplishments of this team and staff. I’m excited for the next couple years and the potential the player base has! Go Bills! Bills Mafia rise up!
  13. The call is crap!!!! Who’s to say Josh doesn’t juke, stop cut, run back inside 5-10 yards down the field. Now this guy was the difference between an additional 10-15 further cause the QB ran past him ? No.... bad call. It’s still within the play!
  14. This is the point!!!! And the league and coaches gotta fix this call! Does the league want Ford to do nothing?
  15. Yeah for an ex player to support powder puff calls is a joke.... that call wouldn’t be called in High School but yet the NFL?!
  16. That rule needs to be amended and brought up in the coaches meeting. Players should be allowed to put hands on or shoulder a player without vicious intent. Which is what happened..... I don’t want to see basketball picks on the football field. That play wouldn’t be called in 98% of High School games, but here we are in the NFL!!!!
  17. I’ve always said that about Daboll.... at times it seems as if he has no feel for the game and seems lost, calls a dumb play or becomes obvious.
  18. Something needs to be done about this call!!!! What does the league want?! Let the guy go? Play a basketball pick? I understand the rule, but it should have a level of allowance!!!! I’m pissed about this!
  19. That call on Ford is crap!!!! He barely hit the guy.
  20. Maybe next year, with a couple more weapons this team will get a killer mentality on offense! It just seems like they are content running time off the clock as success. BUT THAT CALL ON FORD IS *****KING BS! There was zero hostility behind that block. Gotta start teaching football players to set picks like basketball players. It’s the grid iron, unless it’s a vicious hit vs putting a little body and shoulder into a player that call shouldn’t be called... Not to mention 3rd & 18 and the game clock expired
  21. Some piss poor play calling to end the game and in OT!!
  22. Great season! OL needs help, need an RB2 defense gotta tackle! And Booger, STFU!!!
