The plan to replace Lorenzo Alexander?
CEN-CAL17 replied to warrior9's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Im starting to get intrigued by this kid... fits in the role of Lorax. I’ll be watching him in the coming months with bouncing back from injury. This is definitely a process McD kids, strong family values and smart... obviously can make plays. -
Dude is a stud.... him and Pittman should be targets pick 50-75 range. These dudes ain’t lasting til round 4. These are your big, strong, possession type guys the can run after catch. Great hands and are proven over 4 years. They are seniors. Theyll be at the Senior Bowl. I’m looking forward to seeing Aiyuk, Pittman, Edwards, Van Jefferson, and Mims.... Last year I was at the Senior practices and it was obvious Deebo Samuels and Terry McClaurin were legit! Went rounds 2 & 3, you may see 3-4 of those mentioned above gone before round 4.

My Off-Season Primer: Position Group: WR
CEN-CAL17 replied to MAJBobby's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If you’re considering Tier 2, rounds 3-5.... Move up Proche, Mims and Bryan Edwards!!! Also add to the Tier 2 list, Omar Bayless WR Arkansas St.... how that dude is not on your post is beyond me. YouTube his documentary, total McD guy, mature and beat all odds! Also, move Aiyuk up to Tier 1.... he’s gonna be a top 60 pick.... some would argue top 5 WRs in this years Draft. I think he goes between Pick 40-50. -
Take your bets now what top 15 pick will fall?

I’ll go with.... Jerry Jeudy. If I was gonna make a crazy prediction I may even bet hes not one of the top 3 WRs drafted. -
My Off-Season Primer: Position Group: OL
CEN-CAL17 replied to MAJBobby's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Options in house will be like 5x the cap space when you can basically improve the OL next year with 3 on their rookie contracts. OL improves with less Cap hit, Extend Dawkins and Feliciano. Vs Giving Conklin $10M per, Spain $6-7M per. Thing is nobody knows what the FO wants in Ford. -

I like Kyler Fackrell in FA and OLB Kamal Martin Minnesota in draft Mid/Late round 2 prospect. -
My Off-Season Primer: Position Group: OL
CEN-CAL17 replied to MAJBobby's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I am all on board with beefing up the OL.... When it comes to resigning Spain, but putting Ford on the bench for depth I disagree.... My player to watch is C/OG Creed Humphrey. Best C in college football, if he declares hes a round 1 lock. Big time Wrestler as well, Smart and Tough! With Morse having health concerns, missing time here and there, Creed could be the future anchor in the next couple years. If you ask me he is better than Spain. LT- Dawkins LG- Creed C- Morse RG- Feliciano RT- Ford (Nsekhe Depth next year) As far as OTs in the draft.... Wirf, Wills and Adams (potential trade down to late round 1 for Adams RT), Ford goes to RG, Feliciano to LG. -
If we add Yannick here is what our cap space my look like
CEN-CAL17 replied to Reed83HOF's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don't think he means player wise vs amount wise..... I think he means they will control the cap through FA, they are not going to go spend $70M in cap space in FA...... But maybe $40-50 no doubt, that being said we don't need to fill a lot of high end positions. Bills can go after a splash guy, and DE may be that position. Cause even after Yannick they may still spend $20-30M..... still having $40-50M in space left... -

You Cut Murphy, Kroft, Nsekhe and Yeldon..... that's $17M saved right there. Tons of Fans will argue some of those guys above, but lets be honest, those dude are easy to replace. Still have $90M in cap!!! -
Call your shot (2020 NFL Draft)
CEN-CAL17 replied to Canadian Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Here’s one for you!!! CREED HUMPHREY If this kid declares he’s a first round lock. Big, strong, powerful blocker. Big time wrestling background. Smart and Tough!!! Everything this staff wants.... If the FO feels Ford is our guy at RT, Spain is not resigned.... this kid steps right in and is an improvement! Morse has had some slight health concerns, Creed may be the future anchor. If Creed stay at OU, he may be a top 15 if not top 10 pick in the 2021 draft... but he’s already a round 1 lock and OU is gonna be young and drop off cause they’re losing talent this year.... he may decide to declare. Could be the best interior OL in sometime... -
My bad, I thought Feliciano was on a 4 year deal.... I say extend him next year. Still move Ford to RG. I just think some of these more athletic, longer OTs in the draft are better suited. You keep Murphy over Shaq?
-
We will see, I don’t see it happening.... based on Ford moving to Guard. That’s why I say this. Feliciano already has a 4 year deal.... unless you think Ford is our RT of the future. I’ve seen enough to think the FO goes OT early in the draft. Remember when Beane went to the Iowa game.... I think a lot of that was Iowa’s 2 OTs that are potential round 1 guys.
-
You think he’s gonna take another 1 year deal? No... I guarantee the Bills do not give him a long term contract. That’s why he won’t resign, he won’t be offered.
-
Murphy if cut saves $7M, $1M dead money. Nsekhe saves like $3M, $1M dead money. Kroft if cut saves $5M, $1M dead money. Between those 3, you save $15M lose $4 M to dead money. Those 3 guys are easy to replace. I mean honestly... Murphy was decent, Kroft just is not worth it now that we know what we have with Knox, Nsekhe... nope don’t need him. Those are all just ball park figures.... But mark my words, I’d be surprised if these 3 guys are on the team next year. Maybe Kroft stays.
-
Ford is our guy in a pinch at RT, Bates was actually decent. If Ford has to man RT, Long comes in at RG.... basically same as this year, but Ford is at a more natural position for him. Cause the Bills are not resigning Spain. Spain is gonna get a multi year deal, just not with the Bills.
-
CB round 1 is definitely a McD move. I wouldn’t be shocked.
-
if Buffalo is serious about bookend OTs they don’t grab either of those guys.... Honestly this Draft is deep at round 1 OTs. I’m predicting min 5 OTs round 1.
-
Cause you’re gonna draft OT round 1, move Ford to RG, Feliciano to LG. Dawkins, Feliciano, Morse, Ford, RT Draft.... OL has improved, saved money and use it wisely. Nsekhe will be 35, was a rotational guy, not that great in his own right, got beat out basically by Ford, Ford is not a RT.
-
If you cut Murphy, Kroft and Nsekhe that’s nearly $15M which is his market value and you haven’t even touched Cap money....
-
My top 3 FA.... Replace Murphy with Yannick Ngakoue Replace Lorax with Kyler Fackrell and OLB Draft (Kamal Martin LB Minnesota) Replace Gore with Jordan Howard RB2. Draft best OT @ 22.

What Changes will be made this Offseason?
CEN-CAL17 replied to wppete's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Murphy, Kroft, Nsekhe = Roughly $15M saved if let go.... That’s roughly the Market for DE Yannick Ngakoue. TJ Yeldon, Lee Smith, Andre Roberts is roughly $5-6M... sprinkle is a little extra and that’s Shaq Lawson money... Resign Jordan Phillips DL is pretty solid. Hughes, Ngakoue, Shaq, Johnson, Draft? Harrison, Phillips, Star, Oliver FA- Kyler Fackrell to replace Lorax role, Draft LB.... RB2 is HUGE!!!! Jordan Howard!!!!! Gotta draft a top RT, there’s about 5 potential round 1 OTs. That’s BPA and position of need @ pick 22. There could be a potential large amount of legit WRs from Picks 50-75. A playoff win would have been a great recruiting tool for FAs, but I think we look attractive regardless.
