  1. I’d just like to see more breakouts of that number of 175k. How many where stage 4 cancer, diabetic, older than 60, obese etc... Cause aren’t they saying under the age of 40, no health concerns etc the mortality rate is like .005 half of 1 percent. So of the 175k that’s like 800 people.... I know we need to protect the vulnerable but at the same time people’s lives are being destroyed that are young and healthy.... I still fall in the group of, just wear your mask, avoid large groups and wash your hands and work spaces.... but I just think the fear of 175k is not what people make it out to be. Because our country has a lot of sick, unhealthy, obese people above the age of 40, some that don’t even know it....
  2. It’s hard to say exactly.... I will say this, the media was scared the protests would create a spike and positives would go up, large crowds, many with no masks(I mean that’s what’s causes it, large gatherings)... 3-4 weeks later, huge spike and they say it’s not due to protests? What changed? Also where I’m from, Panama City Beach FL, every other car is from out of state.... restaurants packed, beaches packed, streets packed... that’s been a problem as well...
  3. Any word on this guy from camp.... haven’t seen his name at all.
  4. If it’s a bad hammy injury we are looking return around Oct 1. 4-5 weeks. Even then I can be a couple weeks on top of that.... Typical hamstring minor tear... 2 weeks, and an additional week to get it warmed up. i bet he misses the first 2 games... I’d guess the 20th of Sept.... if he got up and walked off, rode the bike....
  5. Here’s a scenario... week 4 a team puts in for Hodgins from the PS.... now he has to be put on the 53. Who do the Bills drop?
  6. I show 9th in the NFL, 6th overall in AFC.... yes he was 4th in the League in kickoff returns.... with a 26 yd avg. So everyone is in love with his 8 yard punt return avg. (long of 22 yards) and getting field position 6 yards further in the kick return game. When he actually brings it out. Like I said. I just see it differently.
  7. Roberts was legit in 2016. But his numbers last year were middle of the road. Fans act like hes Devin Hester that avg'd 15,16,17 yds a return, 3-4 TDs a year..... All things equal. How would fans feel if Roberts wanst on this team last year. And the Bills put Hodgins on the practice squad for a punt returner whos longest return was 22 yards and 8 yd avg. I just think folks love Roberts because of his past and he's a name. he was 6th in Avg in the AFC last year, like 9th overall. 22 yards was his longest. That screams alternate and voted in off name. And how important are Kickoff returns? Youre right, he probably will make the cut. I just have a differnt opinion.
  8. How so? Cause its hard to find someone to fair catch or get 8 yards on avg? The "Roberts is respected in the ST room" is a fan response, sarcasm.
  9. Been saying it for months now..... Roberts could be a surprise cut. But everyone thinks hes still the Roberts of 2016. His longest punt return last year was 22 yards. 8 yard avg. What 32 years old? Do you keep him and put Hodgins on the PS to possibly be scooped up? Then have to drop Roberts to place Hodgins on the 53, or who do you drop? Can McKenzie return punts? McKenzie is solid on the fly sweeps and made some big plays periodically last year on the field..... I still say: Diggs Brown Beasley Davis McKenzie Hodgins But but Roberts is respected in the ST room. 8 yard avg last year, was 14 the year before.... IMO NFL teams are not scared of Roberts in 2020. I think they are looking and building returners for a possible replacement. 90% of the time its a fair catch anyway.....
  10. If all 53 could dress out.... it may be something to look into.... but I think only 46 or 47 dress out. That being said, skill positions take priority 100%.
  11. He will be 33 years old at the end of this season. Blows out his ACL, on his 3rd team in last 3 years.... That time is coming is my point....
  12. The thing is.... I’d watch CFL any day of the week now. Except Sundays. Theres no football happening this year. Seems like this could be a positive for the CFL.
  13. This may push him into retirement. Especially with everything going on...
  14. That first route was nasty!!! Diggs better get 120 targets minimum this year. The dude can get open....
  15. So the Bills have been together for roughly 2 weeks now.... I take it reporters are not allowed at the facilities? Is Chris Brown not even allowed to report? We get interviews.... but what about oline rotations, how Oliver looks, how is Harrison looking. Does Josh Norman look good. How’s AJ Epenesa look.... I can go on and on. I guess what I’m saying is there’s been no write ups, no video, no mention of anything and I need it lol. Anyone else getting this feeling?
  16. They don’t show much as far as football... stretching, warming up, basic pursuit drills etc.... Here’s today’s practice..... https://youtu.be/_dp_306rvX0
  17. I love how you can watch the Seahawks (or just nfl) practices LIVE on YouTube. Bills need this ASAP.... One Bills Live should do this.... they talk about all players, rookies, talk stats, newcomers etc.... Then of course just be able to see your team....
  18. I get it. 3-4 years ago the dude was a stud. He’s going on 32 years old. His punt return avg last year was 7.9 yards a return. Longest return was 22 yards, 0 TDs.... That’s half of what he did in 2018. I just don’t see the guy as a LOCK like some.... I just don’t know if I cut McKenzie or put Hodges on the PS for the taking, especially if they are doing as well as smoke said especially in a COVID season. Diggs Brown Beasley Davis Mckenzie Hodges Mckenzie? and Hyde can be my punt returners. Kickoff isn’t even part of the NFL anymore.
  19. Why Roberts? And don’t say because of Punt Return ability...
  20. This is my stance... Butler is a beast and Harrison is coming off injury. Addison, Oliver, Butler, Hughes Murphy, Jefferson, Harrison, Epenesa I would also like to see Oliver out at DE in some package. He ran a 4.7 40 and had a quick 3 Cone.... Just Bull rush the OT.... Addison, Oliver, Jefferson, Hughes could be disruptive.... or Klein, Addison, Butler, Oliver, Hughes Like a modified 3-4
  21. Don’t be so sure of that due to COVID... I think most people are taking it serious and if someone is breaking the rules set in place by the NFLPA don’t be surprised if they pick up the phone....
  22. I think either way, football shouldn’t be at the top of anyone’s list. We all have a lot of work to do. Staying positive is one of them. Learning to truly respect each other regardless of opinion, politics or whatever is one of them. At this point if your stance is, I gotta take care of my family and ensure they receive the care and maintain our mental and physical health etc... I get that. But we are all beyond inconvenienced right now. I couldn’t imagine living in one of these larger cities where at the bottom of my building is chaos.... nope. Gotta go!
  23. Yep cause if both teams and coaches all test negative everyday for the 6 days prior to the game... all players and coaches on the field that day are negative , that virus is gonna go crazy.... Question is, of the 65 players including the practice squad players... can they dress 46? Players are going to get it... but it won’t be from the field or each other. It’s gonna come from outside.
  24. I mean, would you feel uncomfortable if 20 of your friends tested everyday for 4 days prior to you guys going to a bar by yourselves and acting normal. No face masks, no distancing... you all tested negative and you are the only ones there. Been clean for a week. All tested. You gonna worry about getting the virus from them? Not saying the NFL is fail proof.... but if everyone on the field has tested negative for days everyday leading up to the game, how easy is it going to be to get the virus on the field?
  25. My question is.... day of the game. All players, coaches etc will be tested probably 2-3 days everyday leading up to the game. If everyone on the field is negative... what’s the likelihood someone contracts the virus from the field?
