In the lateral play... if Josh tosses that a second earlier Knox gains about 20 more yards easily. Josh hesitated. I don’t fault him for that. The fumbling from him is just not being smart right now. Both those fumbles were on 3rd down. Get the yardage and slide, don’t even take a hit... it’s not that he’s sloppy, he just needs to mature and know when to go for it and when to play smart.... I felt he was a little sloppy on like 2-3 passes on Sunday and the fumbles could have been avoided, just slide especially if you already have the first down.

Lamar Jackson has a hard time throwing toward the sidelines. I’d say 80% of his passes are completed between the numbers. I’d lazy rush Lamar and keep hands up and spy the middle of the field. you’re not gonna see Jackson throwing to many 15 yard outs or comebacks on the sidelines. He’s all about Andrews, slants and crossing routes.

But he specifically mentions the past 2 seasons. Then after the game against the Jets our RBs had 41 yards total... He is simply stating things have to change. I agree, yeah it’s only one game. But if this team doesn’t start improving our offense will be held back. Teams I’d bet focus solely on Josh and our passing game. The only reason the Titans are good is because they can run the ball. I’ll give it time, but the run game looked bad on Sunday

I agree. Miami is a better team than the Jets. The right side of our Oline has to get on the same page. I think in order for the Bills to be serious contenders for this conference they have to be able to run the ball.... not only that if Josh could connect on a few deep balls early, that would loosen up any defense. I’m just surprised we didn’t see 1 deep ball last week. I think this will be a closer game than some think. Preston Williams is a match up nightmare and I’d assume with our LBs banged up TE Gesicki is gonna get more Targets. Final score 30-24. Bills
