What’s gonna happen is….. McDermott won’t be “fired”, he will step down. This team is not attractive because of McDermott on the field, now this. It’s gotta be over and a fresh start is needed.

This organization needs a fresh start in so many ways….. I could easily name 6-7 starters I wouldn’t mind seeing let go for more youth and ability, plus it’s McDermotts time to go! Crappy thing is I kind of like Joe Brady, especially when I called for Dorsey to be fired last year!!!!

Let’s see what happens after 2-3 more losses. Im not against Diggs but I definitely wouldn’t be shocked if we see and hear “un-captain” like behavior. But I do believe McDermotts days should be numbered. Think about it, he has no DC and now his OC is Joe Brady. McD has had his chance and it’s time for a fresh start. How players react in the next couple months May also help that, Cause at this point I think Diggs is more important to the team over McDermott. Cause McD is failing, especially if this team finishing sub .500 at 8-9. 9-8 ain’t much better, that where this team is headed.

Just so folks know…. Joe Brady was the OC In Carolina, Learned under Sean Payton for a couple years. Prior to coaching Burrow at LSU. His QB was Teddy Bridgewater behind a terrible Oline who threw for nearly 4000 yards. With Mike Davis at RB. Carolina had almost 3x 1000 yard WRs and Robbie Anderson had nearly 100 Catches. I would say with half the talent this team has now he did pretty good. Hopefully his play calling style will have a difference

Tough decision but it’s the right one…. Unfortunately I think McDermott times should be over as well. Thanks for what you’ve done but it’s time to go a different route

Honestly we should be surprised this team has 5 wins… no way we make the playoffs. Not with the schedule remaining. I hate to say it, but I saw this coming last year. These coaches and this scheme are just not the answer, and meanwhile they have got better and every team has us figured out. Pegula needs to step in and fire McDermott, it probably won’t happen this week, but it should before the bye week
