How’s the play calling this far in today game????

That’s a missing piece this year!!!! Last year against teams in running situations Klein would be on the field. We don’t have that. If I was coach for the day id have a 5-2 package Rousseau….Ed…..Phillips….Lawson….Von(stand up) ………….Milanao………Edmunds

…..and quit limiting Cook to sweeps or tosses! Anyone who watched Georgia play the last couple years knows Cook hits the holes fast if they are there, and before you know it he’s past the second level. Dorsey only calls his number on perimeter runs.

I’m sure he was coached to do such…. Unlike “swat the ball” on 4th down.

Does it make you wonder if Josh is calling off run plays???? Or is the “remember the defense gave up 26”points a shot Frazier? Up by 17 in the second half, RBs touch the ball 3x. What’s really going on? I wonder if this guy likes the lime light or if he really has inside info???

Guy, I understand the game. I understand how RPOs work and I know exactly what TE screen you’re talking about…. Sure, misdirection. But I’m talking bigger. Sorry. You’re right, you got it all figured out. Is your point to prove me wrong or just stand on RPO as the greatest misdirection we got? either way you win.

Misdirection, like a reverse… like a waggle pass with someone slipping out the opposite direction. A deep post that goes against the direction of the flow… a TE sneaking out late going the opposite way. Yes they are designed plays which goes 100% against our concept scheme, but this team needs to get creative. I’ve yet to see anything remotely like what I described. The Bears long TD to Kmet yesterday? That! Everything I described is misdirection… Definition: . “the action or process of directing someone to the wrong place or in the wrong direction.” Hence getting the defense to go one way, and you have someone going the other.

What happens if they fake it and drop back off it??? Wait that’s too creative…. Gabe still goes in motion still goes for the push, Josh just drops back. For every run play we have as an OC I’d have a countermeasure to pass off the same action. But we don’t run much play action do there’s that.

Seriously…. You’re standing on RPO and QB run plays as misdirection? Out TE screen called yesterday? Thats what I should be looking for?… ok. Yeah those are killer misdirection plays.

Let me ask this…. How many misdirection plays have you seen this year? Minnesota did the same misdirection play where Cousins (play action, another thing bills don’t do) rolled out slightly to his right and threw back left….. Any trick plays this year? Tennessee won from a trick play yesterday. I just feel like the Bills think they are above being creative. Get creative, get innovative….. you gotta change it up every now and then.

Sean Payton is 100% a warm weather coach!!!! He will never opt to live anywhere like Buffalo. Charlotte NC is pushing it!!! San Diego, Tampa, Atlanta… places like that. Buffalo is laughable to him. He’s a big beach guy. Owns a house and stays here near Grayton FL.

1:19 is an eternity from the 20. I’m not really worried about getting OOB, more worried about getting within legit striking distance. For me that’s the 10 yd line. I just hate the play call was double posts to the goal line. Yes bad play by Josh but I hate he had that play.

These are questions McD needs to answer…. None of this makes since. Bills RBs should have had 30 touches yesterday being up 17. Nope Duke in on goal line plays and throwing interceptions.

Point was to get closer to the 10 yd line… not to score. There was what 2 mins left? Bills were on the 20 yd line? Yeah, get the first down, the 10 yd line. Then go for the end zone. From the 20, a QB sweep or power would have been just fine. Im not thinking about scoring from the 20.

I was yelling QB power or QB sweep at my TV!!!! Bills needed to get to the 10 yd line and take 3 shots from there. Use the damn timeouts, run the ball!!!! Bad decision and bad throw by Josh, play call was worse!!!

I just find it funny McD in his press conference post game said something like Lewis needed to swat the ball…, Well coach… was your staff or the players or anyone talking during the game??? That kind of stuff should have been yelled out multiple times before the snap by everyone!!!!! Sounds like nobody said crap!!!

Right now this team couldn’t beat either of those teams. We haven’t scored a TD in the second half of the last 3 games.

Allen has no ability to rely on a run game. Defenses know this and it makes his job much harder. Yesterday should have been a game where Singletary, Cook and Hines contributed for 25-30 touches!!!!! But instead we got 18. A one dimensional offense will not succeed. Minnesotas defense was 100% pass there at the end of the game. I was screaming to run the ball. 2 Timeouts, we needed to get to the 10 yard line and take 3 shots to the end zone. That play at the end shouldnt have never been the call. Minnesota was waiting for it. This offense has fell off a cliff. Mostly due to play calling and not running.

How I feel and what I see are different things… I still don’t trust this staff, still can’t run the ball, play calling has been questionable and health is still an issue. A lot of things need to come around in order to go 14-3. The Bills are not better than Miami at this point. Home field advantage may help. I think what we’ve seen the last 3 weeks 11-6 is way more realistic. Not a single TD in the second half of the last 3 games. Something is way off. Lost 11-6

Plain and Simple this team currently has an issue running the ball… even when they can, they quickly abandoned it. Also having issues stopping the run. All on top of questionable coaching…. I’d ask McD…. “On Cam Lewis botched interception, were all the players and sideline yelling to bat the ball/swat the ball down, and not go for the interception? If not, why not?”…. Bet nobody said shiz, a PS guy called up trying to be a hero cause nobody is talking.

That’s the point, call passing plays with shorter routes, your first, second third reads…. Not your 4/5 read… or run the ball, a draw etc… That play at the end was designed for the end zone.
