I think it will be a home game…. So Dec 11 vs Jets. That will give him 5 games prior to playoffs. There’s zero need to rush him. Even then, his snap count will be in the teens, not til the playoffs will I think we see him get 40+ snaps. that’s still 45 days away. Fans need to be patient. This slow and steady is 100% the right move. Theres potentially still 11 games to be played!!!! ELEVEN!!

Guy, I understand the game. I understand how RPOs work and I know exactly what TE screen you’re talking about…. Sure, misdirection. But I’m talking bigger. Sorry. Misdirection, like a reverse… like a waggle pass with someone slipping out the opposite direction. A deep post that goes against the direction of the flow… a TE sneaking out late going the opposite way. Yes they are designed plays which goes 100% against our concept scheme, but this team needs to get creative. I’ve yet to see anything remotely like what I described. The Bears long TD to Kmet yesterday? That! Everything I described is misdirection… Definition: . “the action or process of directing someone to the wrong place or in the wrong direction.” Hence getting the defense to go one way, and you have someone going the other.

What happens if they fake it and drop back off it??? Wait that’s too creative…. Gabe still goes in motion still goes for the push, Josh just drops back. For every run play we have as an OC I’d have a countermeasure to pass off the same action. But we don’t run much play action do there’s that.

Let me ask this…. How many misdirection plays have you seen this year? Minnesota did the same misdirection play where Cousins (play action, another thing bills don’t do) rolled out slightly to his right and threw back left….. Any trick plays this year? Tennessee won from a trick play yesterday. I just feel like the Bills think they are above being creative. Get creative, get innovative….. you gotta change it up every now and then.
