  1. The Cleveland deal is a 100 pt difference. The Tampa deal is a 325 pt difference. That being said, Tampa's 2nd rd pick is worth 400 pts, gotta make up 75 pts, (which is a early to mid 4th rd pick we don't have). So that's where the swap of 3rd's and our 5th come into play That equal pts down the line... but depending on how bad they want their guy they may not ask for a 5th, that could just be a bargaining chip. Offer them 10 and swap 3rd's, if they don't go for it, throw in the 5th. But I was just showing equal value for picks.
  2. Making a bad decision more than likely under the influence while at a college party doesn't make someone character flawed. For example I have been involved in incidents like that in the past once or twice. I knew better but sometimes bad judgement gets the best of us. Does that mean you have bad character, or you don't get it? No. We all know that person that just doesn't get it, who surrounds himself with others that "just don't get it". point is some of this players are punks and immature, have no desire , work ethic, are bad teammates and don't get it. The article says nothing about the person other than he made a bad decision. But for the most part. I have heard nothing but positive things about Reddick.
  3. It's not that bad... drop 2 spots gain 2 extra players and more than likely still get the guy you want. In order to drop 2 spots and gain a 2nd we would have to probably give Cleveland our 3rd this year and next years 3rd, plus a 5th this year. Just guessing though.
  4. The Cleveland Trade may allow them to get the guy they wanted @ 10 and get extra picks, where as the Tampa pick won't, but you gain almost back to back picks in the 2nd
  5. Trade Down Scenarios.... W/ Cleveland - Cleveland get 10th pick rd 1 Bills get 12th pick rd 1, 108th pick rd 4, 175th pick rd 6. Or W/ Tampa Bay Tampa gets 10th rd 1, 75th pick rd 3, 156th pick rd 5. Buffalo get 19th pick rd 1, 50th pick rd 2, 84th pick rd 3. (It's basically swap 1st's, swap 3rd's and Buffalo gets Tampas 2nd). Both trades meet the point differences of the draft pick value chart. Also they are 2 teams that might trade up. Cleveland for a QB and Tampa for Cook.
  6. The weird thing is I think Myles Garrett will be a bust.... a middle of the pack type player.
  7. Yeah sure, like they've always done. Thanks for playing.
  8. That just sounds like an excuse for not doing your homework. Nobody is saying choir boys, just saying it's more than numbers etc. am I saying you gotta be perfect? No.
  9. Just saying so many folks love Rueben Foster... following the combine incident plus reading the type of company he carries plus his BS attitude, I don't want the guy. I think it is simple. Same reason before ever playing a snap in the league I take A Derek Carr ( 2nd rd pick) over a Cam Newton (1st overall) all day long. But that's me...
  10. We always tend to look at numbers, size, speed vertical jump, etc... But I'm a true believer in drafting the person first. Yes numbers are important but in the NFL they mean nothing if you're not the whole package. Not saying this is my pick @ 10, because I'm leaning towards Haason Reddick with a trade down or even this guy as well. I feel Haason is a high Character player as well. These are the type of guys I want. Video: https://youtu.be/JyKRe5jtjwA
  11. Reddick Foster OJ Howard Mike Williams/Corey Davis Jabrill Peppers Wildcard- Cam Robinson
  12. Can anyone find the video of Haason Reddick doingvthe multiple back flips???? Found it 1:30 in...... https://youtu.be/FLaxwpswgq0
  13. Trade down to like 12-14, gain an extra 3rd. Then trade that pick and drop down to 20, and gain a 2nd. Imagine having a top 20 pick, 2 seconds rd picks and 2 third rd picks. 5 picks in top 90 picks for dropping down 10 spots.
  14. Kaaya seems to have it upstairs too. Game film and ability are great. But just watching this kid interact and listening to him makes me think he has more potential then most. If you ask me he seems brighter and has more leadership qualities than Kizer and Trubisky. Watson has those leadership traits when it come to personality. But we are talking potential 4th round here so I take Kaaya.
  15. They still have Tannehill... he's a middle of the pack QB at best. I bet Tyrod puts up bigger numbers next year.
  16. Bills will Trade down a few spots and grab Haason Reddick... Would love if we traded down like 3 spots, threw in like 1 of our 5th round picks/ maybe a late rd pick next year and received an additional 2nd rd pick. That would be a top 15 pick, plus 2 top 50 picks. That's what I want
  17. Call me crazy but I think he'll be somewhat of a bust.... a poor mans Mario Williams. I get it... his combine #s are great, but I just don't think he has the drive or what it takes mentally. I guess we'll have to wait and see. I think Fornette is who I'd take with #1 if I'm Cleveland. Cause he won't last past 6... I'd bet Solomon has a better career.
  18. I think with the Saints @ 11 and Cleveland @12 and both rumored to being in the market for a QB. Now it looks like we are serious as well, maybe they would like to swap picks and we gain picks. Remember it's all a game of chess!
  19. I've been saying trade down scenario... To like 16-20 Haason Reddick Mike Williams Corey Davis Cam Robinson in that order. Takes who is left
  20. Question is.... so why if the Bills move 40 mins easy they change name... I get it, thanks, it's all speculation and someone spewing garbage who knows nothing. But how would fans feel if the moved a tad bit and changed City name. Being San Fran is no where near San Fran and New York played in Jersey and were still called New York. I'm just saying IF... IF... Buffalo went to Batavia they should still be called Buffalo was my point. But... I hope they get a Downtown or near Downtown stadium.
  21. It mentioned the idea has been thrown out there already. To whom who knows... Just starting conversation, I do understand it's all shots in the wind...
  22. I guess now seeing where Batavia is it wouldn't be that bad.... But to change the name to Batavia is dumb. They don't call them the Orchard Park Bills now....
  23. New home of the Batavia Bills: Im not exactly saying anything groundbreaking here since the idea has been tossed around, but Batavia (Yes, this Batavia) wouldnt be the worst place for a new Bills home, even though owner Terry Pegula recent said he hasnt thought about a new stadium. Its closer to Rochester and Syracuse and theres plenty of land to operate on. Additionally, it would have an advantage of easy thruway access, as opposed to a downtown Buffalo stadium. Without some infrastructure work, it would be difficult to imagine getting in and out of the city on Sunday http://www.thedailynewsonline.com/bdn02/friday-feels-5-thoughts-on-the-buffalo-bills-20170407&template=mbdn A plus is bigger parking lots for bigger tailgating party's
  24. Talks of new stadium in Batavia...? I have no clue where this is but they are saying it's closer to Rochester/Syracuse. If that were to happen, why couldn't they keep Buffalo? San Francison 49ers now play in Santa Clara which is about an hour south of San Fran, and yet they didn't change their name. If this were to happen I would hate for them to be called the Batavia Bills. They should find some way to keep a portion of the team facility near Buffalo and play in The Rochester area, at worst. Bills should stay in Buffalo!!!!
  25. OLB Reddick or WR Mike Williams- Sleeper Cam Robinson CB QWilson/Witherspoon WR Ardarius Stewart or OLB Elijah Lee
