Gameday Thread Bills vs Raiders 1st Half

Just as Ive been saying all week... Carr will throw it between the hashes 20-30 yds down field all day long... Bills are weak there and even worse without Poyer -
10-27: Brandon Beane Conference Call Audio
CEN-CAL17 replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Plain and simple McD and Beane want THEIR team. This will start next year. Their focus is on building the young talent currently and next years draft. Im sure they have their eye on the 2019 & 2020 seasons. Thats when Im sure they expect Their team, their guys to make some noise. And so do I..... -
Jordan Poyer injury - Out for Raiders game

Run run run the ball. Limit the time Carr has the ball and can find a groove. Carr is excellent throwing over the middle. Preston has been a liability in coverage, I look for Carr to have a big game. TE Cook will be targeted a lot. With EJ out Wright will get picked on to. -
Brandon Beane already top 3 worst GM's in bills history
CEN-CAL17 replied to Yeezus's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Let me know what you think in year 3 & 4 of his reign... until then sit back and appreciate what seems to be a group of leaders throwing the trash away and demanding top notch, hard working high character guys. Next year the building starts with his first draft, plus a large amount of Cap space then starting 2019, we should gain a large amount of Cap space and if he hits on the next 2 drafts with Brady gone, Buffalo will be on top for years to come. -
Anymore Dareus was reminding me of the Eeyore of DTs....

Marcel just had no fire in his gut, he got by a few years on talent alone but its catching up with him. He will never be the 2014 Marcel ever again. Id be surprised if he ever surpasses 5 sacks in a season ever again. The Bills are 4-2 and Marcel has probably played 30% of the total snaps on defense. Paying him $15 mil a year aint worth it. This is the same reason I prefer Matthews over Watkins, he has more fire in his gut!!! Drive, determination and that fire can overcome talent. Thats why you see 3 star college athletes out perform 5 stars athletes, most the time its because of work ethic, drive and the desire to give everything. Im glad we are clearing room for hopefully more fire! Guys like Matthews, Kyle, TreWhite has it, McCoy has it. Guys like Sammy and Marcel are guys who rely on talent only. John Wooden would never want guys like that!!!

We have to Run the ball well this week, Shady needs 20 carries. If not I could see Carr throwing for 400 yds. He will pick on Wright all day, and hes exceptional throwing over the middle between the hashes, that is the Bills 2 weak spots in pass coverage, 20-30 range between the hashes and EJ out. Gotta kill the clock and have a big running day!

If he was out with fans taking pictures afterwards no crutches no brace, he will miss a game tops if that. -

Depends on level of sprain.... it could swell pretty good and tighten up, or tmrrw it may just be a little sore a little tight but by Wednesday/Thursday feel 85-90%. Obviously we we know Friday. If he was walking and somewhat upbeat I think hell be fine. If it was bad hed be getting immediate attention and put in crutches if it was the miss a game or two sprains -
Finding Teddy: Should the Bills acquire Bridgewater?
CEN-CAL17 replied to BringBackOrton's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No! -
Dont be sucked in..., Any given Sunday. I honestly believe the Browns could beat us if they hit on a couple big plays. I dont care about rankings, numbers or this or that. When I see TT throw for 30 yds in a half or watch our run get stuffed etc. Bills defense has been stingy but our offense is still trying to figure it out. All four of those teams can beat the Bills.

Deshawn Watson is better then Tyrod. Yes I said it
CEN-CAL17 replied to 17 Josh Allen's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Remember that one time Peterman beat Watson in his own house. Im more or less saying Im or the Tyrod Era. I see teams excelling mostly from there young QB talent. Not saying Peterman is the answer but Im just ready to move on from Tyrod. I see a lot of throws left in the field where my heart of hearts tells me that theres a better chance Peterman would have pulled the trigger. Ill be patient cause Im think after week 9 Peterman may take over. -
Many of those teams left can score big points... Thing is.... if we cant score 20-25 pts against half those teams, we will loose.

Bills will have a top 15 pick and a bottom 5 pick. There are about 4 college QBs that are equally as good as Trubisky who went #2 overall. There will be solid QBs to be had threw 2 rounds next year.

[Misleading Title]Could this be the game....
CEN-CAL17 replied to CEN-CAL17's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I say 3 TE sets, 1. Because Cincy hasnt had great success stopping the run and 2. Lack of WR depth could draw out that formation. I just saying we may see 3 TEs on the field at some point this week. I just think the game plan is going to be, run the ball, run the clock and he more physical on both sides. 30-35 rush attempts and I would be surprised if TT throws less than 20x. Should be low scoring. Final score 13-10 Buffalo, if we can run the ball. Or better yet Gamrplan Sunday? Or Bills TEs? I dont see the big deal in the name of the thread?! I didnt want to write, could this be the game the Bills use more 2 TE sets and Thomas gets more looks I feel like Im being graded, its some kind of class and Ive just been docked points. Im just here to talk Bills football and drink beer, looks like we are all out of beer. -
[Misleading Title]Could this be the game....
CEN-CAL17 replied to CEN-CAL17's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I definitely feel this game is gonna be a 30+ rushing attempts. Thats why I mention the 2-3 TE sets. I do feel this game we will try to establish the run out of double TEs, Triple at times and play action out of it. That being said, I think Thomas (I hope) gets a couple targets. I think were are going to challenge them to be more physical on both sides of the ball. -
That the Bills run more 2 TE sets? Maybe 3 TE sets? due to Cincys run D and our depth at WR. Could this be the game Logan Thomas gets a couple targets? Thats what I really want to see is Thomass athletic ability after the catch. Id like to see him involved this game.

Bye week seems to be at a good time...

Plus Shady has a wrist injury. There's more to that than being talked about. I played with a broken wrist for a full season. Once or twice a game he comes up shaking his wrist. I like Tolbert but he lacks the explosiveness I'd like to see. Surprised Banyard hasn't received a carry yet. On another note, would like to see OLeary get more targets and get Thomas a catch.
