agreed. i think it would make more sense for them to move him predraft. i would gladly give no.22 for him. we can still take a dt and then move back up for rudolph or vise versa, or maybe they're thinking mike white or someone later. i would think they'd want to have their cap and draft capitol under control before then.

bradford/peterman/rudolph i listed in another thread, but i don't want to pay 20 mil.+ for any qb not named cousins or foles.

finally this gets mentioned. i look at peterman with a very similar skill set as bradford. i'd rather roll with nate and a rook vs. paying 20mil. to any oftinjured or backup qb. ...and if we can't pry foles away from philly or land mc carron, i'd be more inclined to go with nate.

i'm ok with rudolph. i don't see them getting a whiff of darnold or rosen. no thanks to moving up for allen. in order to get mayfield, we either have to go to 3 or 5. personally if we can't get mayfield, i see bradford, nate and rudolph. however, that no. 21 or 22 looks a helluva lot better being foles. then take white, lauletta or fergy later on.

i think a sure fire trade is no. 22 and cordy. peters has been in the league going into his 14th year. he should be making at least as much as cordy....cordy's cap space would come in handy. i myself do not think glenn is going to be able to start playing 16 game seasons and we have dawkins. philly would be better off and can have johnson at rt. maybe we could also get a player in the trade..like bradham. if there was a way i could do something with tyrod in a trade, i would consider that as well, but i can't see where that would work with philly.

i'm with you on this....but it may take a bit more such as a player. so, say cousins goes elsewhere, a team like az may be willing to give up their 1st. the big difference is that we have better options if the need for adding a player to the deal occurs.

he's worth a 4yr. deal....at least 3....and signing him to it now makes a ton of sense money wise. does anyone think that smith or bradford would(ve) cost any less? why pay a bridge qb (especially any one with a serious injury history) big money when a possible 6 yr. starter is right in front of you? and the phrase unproven rook? unless we get darnold, rosen or mayfield, we need more than a bridge. this is a move this team must make and they have what it takes to make the best deal.

cordy glenn is our ace in the hole on this deal. it's gonna take a pick and a player. i would hope the fo does what it takes to get him. now is the perfect time. i'd offer cordy and a second. i'd even eat the 6mil. and throw in tt. getting foles does a lot for us. it gives us a bonafide qb and .... we can still get one in the draft, but it would allow us to maximize the draft. we can always move no. 22 down and make that pick back. 2018 foles, peterman, rudolph done deal.
