newhouse has to be way better than mills. newhouse has a really good background, imo it could only be an age thing that he get's beat out of that job. i think mills has hit his ceiling....and that ain't saying much...and btw...re-visit the la game. i would have cut him after that.

there's no way bodine is not going to play center, especially having played with a.j. he didn't give up a single sack last year and in that division...he should make the pro bowl in the afce.

it seems like every year in the past...pre mcd, there was always a head scratcher or a move that had the whole country laughing at us or just an after draft malaise. i thought that after this draft, i could quit spending or wasting countless hours reading, listening and day dreaming about this team....but...now i'm so excited to see these guys going forward. i need to suspend my internet or something.

i absolutely love the back stories of almost every player, be it multiple positions, pedigree or an overcoming/overachieving thing. it seems that way with each and every player. outstanding!

i'm coming around on him too. the big reason i'm quite ok with this pick is that we get to see what a.j. can do.... and i think he can do great. therefore, i think it would do wonders to let allen sit this year. get used to everything and learn the game.

i don't get the pessimism about our offense!....so...we lost a good guard who was on his last year anyway and an average center...who was no spring chicken. dawkins will be a sophomore. groy is better than wood at center, not as good a guard as richie, but imo should be above average. miller back at rt guard and newhouse is better than mills. they are together day one and there shouldn't be a musical line to figure who goes there. oline will be fine and it will help having a qb who will get rid of the ball faster. zay will greatly improve. kb should be 100%, o'leary and clay will be bread and butter. no matter the rating of the corp., they will be way more productive than last year.

there will not be one game under 10 pts. next year.

malachi dupri could be hidden gem as well. had he not had a crappy qb at lsu, he would have been much more productive and sought after. as a matter of fact, he would probably rate right up there where we sit in the draft now.

i'm in the middle hoping for the next elway. i think things worked out great for rosen and am happy for him as to where he landed. the one thing i am happy about and think the f.o. may feel this way, is that we can afford to let him sit for up to 2 yrs. i think we are in good hands with a.j. and actually can't wait to see what he can do. there is no rush or pressure to get him in the game. now let's build this team.
