i think he's a gamer and not to live on his college accolades, he still holds( i believe) the all time passing yards at alabama surpassing some former greats. i think he can give us a good chance to win enough to reach the post season. i really hope we carry 3. in no way ,shape or form do i want to see allen exposed to our first 4 opponents. there's always a chance of injury and if a.j stats and gets hurt, i want to see nate before allen gets tossed in too early. i am pretty excited to see a much improved passing attack no matter who is playing.

i don't think i can sign on to ivory as a starter. all i can see is 3yds. 2yds....pass and punt. i'd rather roll (if we could do no better) with cadet / jones / murphy. of course dimarco makes 4.

i would love to see td mike paired up with shady again. i don't think shady's gonna miss any time.

i haven't been able to go through these posts, but after just hearing the 911 call, i'm finding it hard to believe that there isn't something a bit fraudulent going on. if your face is caved in and you need medical attention would you be articulate and composed enough take the time to point out your suspicion of your ex?.... not to mention making note that the jewelry being sought after was the stuff shady bought?....and not to mention the other comments made. i wonder at what stage the eviction order process was in. did she still have a legal right to reside there? idk, i'm not buying it...at least right now. edit: just heard it again while typing this. she abruptly asks the dispatcher " do you think this has something to do with my ex boyfriend?" pretty composed for someone who just got pistol whipped......

People forget he has a former pro bowl father and two brothers in the NFL, one of which combined with tre set an nfl record. First pair of siblings ever in the 1st Rd. I'm thinking he's ahead of the curve.

gotta say i'm surprised too. i figured him to be a tell it like it is guy so, he must really believe in what he is seeing so far...

i originally preferred that if we did not get mayfield, that i was more in line to stand pat. i was thinking vita vea then rudolph. i really wanted to use both 2nds and basically use all our picks. i think the steelers hit a home run by taking rudolph and his main guy washington. i predict than when big ben hangs them up, they will not skip a beat. while i have very much come around to allen, and hope he turns into a cross between kelly and elway, i wouldn't be surprised if rudolph has the most long term success in this class. i think it would be insanity to start allen especially the first 4 games, but hope he takes us to the promised land next year and beyond.

bolded - lol...i believe we were 31st in passing yds. last year, i think something like 14 yds. ahead off the no.32 bears. there's no where to go but up. you can blame dennison....our receiving corp or the planets, but tt was anything but competent and couldn't drive the train let alone correctly.....maybe that's why he is gone. not competing for the starting spot....not being the place holder for the rookie...gone.

man, i cannot believe the negativity of fans here is worse than that of fans nationwide. we were 31st in passing yds. last year, 14 yds ahead of no. 32 da bears. there's no way the bolded doesn't dramatically improve and with the additions of horrible harry, star and edmunds, tfls will skyrocket. i can see zo having a career year running unblocked. our secondary should probably need to wear earplugs to keep the gravy from oozin out. i also believe that either a.j. or nate can get us to a wc. i am predicting being a 100yds either side of 4k. for all the doom and gloom about wrs., come on....at some point we have to develop guys that weren't a household name out of college and i am sure there will be some gems surfacing.( ie. stevie j.) i was thinking of starting a discussion about the final corp, i think we will also find an oline to gel and i pray to God it's before the end the first game. shady will be fine. hopefully cadet takes more of a mike gillislee role. bottom line is...WE WILL NOT GO BACKWARDS. 2019 is when we can replicate the eagles. oops i think i screwed up bolding the last paragraph.

....and behind davis and white we have johnson and wallace. i'm feeling good about the depth and future. i also think siran neal could possibly become an a. williams. i'm hoping that we can score early in games and dictate the game. this is where we will have a great defense. for once we won't have to have them shut out opponents hoping we can put a drive or 2 together in the 2nd half of games.
