i think bodine will get the nod due to experience with a.j. i think a.j. gets the nod over nate simply due to the money and possible trade bait. that being said, other than miller, groy is the best guard we have so....dawkins / miller / bodine / groy and hopefully someone not named mills.

i think john miller's natural side is left g and he could probably be a very good road grader there while groy gives some help to whoever's getting skinned on the right side. although if groy is on the left and teller comes on good, maybe we'd be better off with groy at center and teller to his left. i could see this taking place when they put josh allen in.

i think shady's gonna have a great year specifically in terms of total yardage. i think he's gonna catch a lot of passes. i also think that, if that happens, i could see him redoing his contract in order to stay on the team next year. hopefully we also draft one fairly high. after now hearing that the ex gf is saying that now she's not sure if shady may have been involved, i don't think there will ever be any charges ( unless they catch the guy and he sings) and i think everything will fade away soon.

i wasn't saying specifically"throw him in game 5". it's just that the first 4 opponents could very badly kick the snot out of any qb, let alone a rookie. if he gets his bell rung and slings picks in the chargers game , everyone will question the decision just like last year. i am definitely in the camp of " i don't mind at all if he sits a year"....and probably would prefer it, although it would be nice if we had a playoff spot wrapped up and he gets the last game or two. btw there is no difference between wanting him to sit a year and wanting him to, at the very least, sit the first 4 games. you seem to be pretty full...er....sure of yourself. would you bet money on allen starting? not looking for a bet, just wondering.....because you are wrong. i'd say there's a 10% chance on allen starting and don't forget the team council has just as much say in the decision as mcdermott. i could have done the smiley face but this was just too dam good! awesome analogy!

i'm hoping our new/never seen before offense can take them by surprise and get up early. i'm willing to bet dabol comes out swinging even if it means a lot of shady/ivory out of the backfield. i think it will also be beneficial for a.j. to get in a groove with the te's early. man if they get that w week 1, that could make a world of difference coming home against the chargers. if we start 2-0 we are good to go. those could be the 2 teams/ games that determine at the end of the year whether we get in the dance or not.
