mcd better take over on d! -
this kills me! they are throwing him back in against the worst possible defense he could face.....with the season on the line...or any hopes thereof....in front of the home crowd, when next week or the week after comparably amount to a pillow fight...and people are like ok...we don't care what happens, we just wanna see the rookie..... or put another way...we don't care if they let the lions loose in the coliseum, we just wanna see how our 1st rd. pick survives. it's mind blowing. i said it before and i'll say it again, i could be wrong. maybe daboll comes out with josh and beats the jags....or maybe we see the gator on the field....john deere gator.. edit: if dareus pile drives josh then what?....my hope is that wyatt teller turns into hulk hogan.

....and /or targeted. i'm sure that's what you meant though. -
i still don't get it. throw him back in there against the most punishing defense in the league?....with the season on the line and 5 more games for which to get him reps. i just hope he doesn't get killed. those corners and safeties are gonna blitz like crazy. i hope he doesn't get killed. i will however say, i was wrong going into the jets game and was happy with the outcome so maybe i'm wrong again. i sure hope so. daboll better have a plan.

Who recalls this game from Thanksgiving in 1976?
billsredneck1 replied to Another Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
to me barry was the best and God only knows what his career could have been like. anyway, my fandom started one snowy december day in 1973. -
yeah, you're probably right. 100x right with reich. i wanted him and schwartz to take over when marrone left.....oh well. just praying the jags don't embarrass us.
-
This Thanksgiving will be remembered as the greatest turnaround for the Bills in franchise history. The Bills run the table and on the way upset Vegas one more time in Foxboro to steal the division! Sorry folks, we're drafting later than you all thought.

i saw it and officially take back everything i ever said about him. great story. -
omg....he's gonna be the starter for the 2019 season. one or two more games on the side this year are not gonna matter !
-
for the last time, we don't have to start barkley for the rest of the season....just get the win against the jags and find the best scenario to get josh going. why put the season on allen's shoulders now? we don't have to do that! game to game/ week to week.....slow down.
-
bengals...browns x2 / chargers / pitt / broncos ..i think are they our biggest worry, but 4 losses are possible. the ravens will finish 7-9 titans...head to head colts have a tough sched. miami we can beat.
-
again...why throw in the towel now? if that's the way we're gonna operate, i gotta find another team....although this is my 45th year. ask yourself these questions? 1. what's more important? winning this game or seeing if josh allen's arm is a ok? if they start barkley and we are down 17-0, we can throw josh in for the duration. if josh comes in and starts, gets confused and pummeled....possibly re-injured and ending his season....what do we gain...jack.....cause if it isn't the latter we can't pull him. 2. if barkley starts and we get up big early and walk out with a win, we have another week for josh to heal and even have the option of waiting to start him at home in 2 weeks. what's the lesser of two evils here? i doubt barkley's gonna start the game and go down 14 or 17-0....with a bunch of 3 and outs thru the first half. if that happens to josh ...at home...if we lose the season's done...your team, city and bill's universe is on your shoulders...and he looks lost?....omg the picture of fergy yankin the chinstrap just went through my mind. point is....josh allen is the future ..... but he doesn't have to be it this week. winning isn't everything, it's the only thing. signed.....entire bills locker room.

nobody's saying that, but if we are gonna do anything....it starts with a win this sunday. does josh coming in give us the best chance against a p'od jags team? ....or would it maybe serve him better to come back next week or the home game after...leaving him to play out the season. i find it a reasonable thing to ponder myself.,
