  1. i was thinking ferguson could be maybe be another jerry.  i trust these guys and i think  singletary  could  be the feature back by the end of the year or going into next year for sure.

i get the feeling they are/were looking ahead at next year's class and based some of their picks on what they see coming.

*worth noting.  JW is Captain Tank.  No wonder he thinks about the Sabres 24/7.  Guilt perhaps?  He clearly isn't paying attention to the Bills or at least taking them seriously.  While national guys that do, are.

this is why i only listen to onebillslive.  everything else is sabressabressabres  bla, bla, f...ing bla.  then of course the day after the draft the instigators can't give up any time.

    how bote dat eh?

  3. i'm sure (and glad) that he'll be a very good rt for years to come. i do wonder how the starting 5 will shakeout though. i can't see how they pay nsecke that kind of money and not play him.  i not against moving dawkins inside, just wonder if he'd be willing. however things look great compared to last year.

    nsecke / dawkins/ morse/ long / ford?

  4. i don't have time right now to read all the posts, but imo, the most important thing to our success is mcd making sure mcfrazier is living in the 2000's.

we have got to have an attacking defense....not relying on the front 4 and two or 3 blitzes a season, but kicking some qb asses. it ain't that hard. if it is, maybe we need to hire back jim schartz or pettine for 2020.

there, i drew the line in the sand. the antiquated defense is the only thing that can keep us out of the playoffs.

    Two things.

    1.  There is no such thing as a 3 year leap.  Odds are higher a WR breaks out in year 1 than year 3.  Odds are higher a WR breaks out in year 2 than year 3.  And the odds a WR breaks out sometime in first 2 years overall are more than double that of year 3.  This year 3 myth originated in fantasy football and it’s been disproved many times.

    2.  His “improvements” is grossly over exaggerated and almost all his relevant production came in the two Miami games.  His catch rate was still bad.  Weeks 14, 15, and 16 were all utterly terrible.  People like to look at stat totals and it leads them to false conclusions.

He can can certainly improve this year despite what I just said, but his “big improvement” last year is quite exaggerated.  He was pretty much irrelevant in most games, even dominated by opposing corners in several.  Not to mention, an UDFA out played him.

i beg to differ....sincerely, eric moulds

  6. I have been a fan since 1973. since these guys took over, i have not been this excited since polian/levy.  i don't have an in depth knowledge of all their picks, but upon reading all the bio's, these guys seem to pick some awesome players with great backstories. i was hoping to land jaylon ferguson as opposed to  a rb, but overall still happy.

shart is still a word right ?

i got/had a pair of bears shorts i kinda ruined.  nothing against the bears but it's the only item of another team i've ever worn. maybe that little accident was a lesson to me?

Because he is likely not worth the fifth year option money. I'm torn on him, and I'm sure the Bills are, too, after they said they are not going to decide on the option until after the draft (meaning if we take a DE or Edge rusher in the early to mid rounds we are likely not going to take the option.

i agree, he just is not a pocket crusher and paying him to set the edge on 1st and 2nd downs doesn't make sense. however, i do wonder what it would look like kicking him inside with oliver on passing downs.  i would have traded him for a 4th this year and a 2020 3rd in a heartbeat.

he claims he's much stronger than this time last year and imo if he has any value, it's kicking him inside. i hope trent murphy comes back as a monster. i don't think beane is done with his magic beanes yet. i'm expecting him to have a major pass rush move somewhere/somehow.

Quite possible, but Beane is a friggen Warlock at this game. I think he has more rabbits up his sleeve. That said, we’re somewhat overstocked at a few positions; Bodine, Lawson, ANY of the recent FA OL sans Morse, Murphy.

a little late for me to vote, but after them stocking up on rbs, i wouldn't have ruled out a surprise shady trade...although i don't think it's wise, but definitely thought shaq coulda bought us a decent pick in a trade up or other scenario....especially when we left ourselves with no 4ths.

Trade up draft DE, Max Crosby and call it a day.

that may be the best we can hope for at de? i hope they do it. i'd also like to say if they get khalil hodge lb as a ufda, it will be a steal that will be talked about as much as foster and wallace.
