With the advent of Joe Brady taking the helm, Josh has been playing his best ball EVER. Reaching levels never before seen in the NFL. Has Josh now found his, Andy Reed? Does Beane take Joe in to his office, lock the door behind him, and then make Joe an offer he can't refuse, to keep the continuity we have between Josh and Joe? I say yes. Joe must stay at all costs.

Yesterday, instead of my normal text to Josh where I would say " GO BILLS " I texted " Do it for Hailee! ". A few minutes later Josh responded " Who is this?". I knew then, we would win!

I'm sorry and I know I'll get flamed here BUT I strongly feel that the playing environment for all teams, should be equal. Domed, controlled air temp, field surface. All should be the same specifications around the league. I've been watching the NFL since I was a teen starting in the 70's. I loved going to Bills games in the dead of winter , in horrendous conditions. It was " Fun" for this teenager and later as an adult. But the older I had become, the more miserable the game conditions became apparent and watching the games LIVE was brutal at times and not enjoyable. Then the ride home after a loss when we're already miserable from the game conditions, well, those who know, know that feeling. I get those who feel it's an " advantage" for us to play in crap weather, but it's also a disadvantage as well. Bad weather cuts both ways. I'd much rather see my team play in optimal conditions. I'd much rather see my QB RB, receivers, lineman, etc. Play in the best conditions. I'd also love to host a SuperBowl in OP. As it presently stands, that will never happen.
