  1. A very good friend of mine, whom I used to go to Bills/Jets games when I lived in Manhattan, says there is a rebellion brewing within the players for the firing of Saleh.

They are pissed at Rodgers as well.

If true, it will be a very interesting game and hopefully get out of hand in a bad way for the Jests.

McDermott has his flaws but if he were to get fired, he would have multiple teams interviewing him for a HC job.

My biggest issue with him, he gets too aggressive on defense late in games.  No need to send the house on 3rd and long....he does that way too much.

    So?

Saleh will have multiple teams interviewing him.

You don't keep an underachieving employee because you're worried that someone else my hire them.

IF he were fired, he'd most likely be re-hired for his Defensive coordinator skills NOT his head coaching prowess.

This team is very clearly still trying to find itself... both offensively and defensively... and don't you think our D kinda did today??? Other than the Collins TD they were pretty excellent! Now we need to see some of that switch flipping on the other side of the ball.

But that need for growth and learning was exposed for our defense in the 1st half against the Cardinals and last week against the Ravens.

It was exposed for our offense in the 1st half against the Cardinals and for most of the last couple weeks.

Throw in a half dozen or so impact players missing time over the first 5 games and you have a recipe for a team that looks bad and has a losing record.

But guess what... we have a winning record; the only team in the AFC East able to say that. And we will be getting those impact players back over the next several weeks. And our Coordinators are young and learning.

    And Josh Allen.

Anyone watch the Jets, Patriots or Dolphins lately? Those are bad football teams. I'd love the #1 seed and to have the best record in the NFL... but really it's mainly because I spend an unhealthy amount of time listening to sports media podcasts. That said, the simple reality is that this is a football team still finding its footing at 3-2 and they're doing it while being in probably the worst division in the NFL and still have the 2nd best player in the NFL.

Get in the playoffs at 15-2...

Get in the playoffs at 9-8...

    You have Josh Allen.

Year 6 into this run for us Bills fans and we really need to try to just enjoy the ride of the regular season hoping that losses bring learning experiences.

Priority #1 after the last 2 weeks: please keep your QB clean. We've had 2 "oh ***** our season's over!!!" moments in the last 2 weeks.

Get Josh Allen to the postseason healthy.

It's a brand new season when everything resets anyways.

We also had Josh Allen on Sunday.

How'd that work out for us?

I'll start by saying I understand the obligatory statement that I think Josh Allen is one of the greatest QBs of all time. When Josh Allen is at his best it  looks like he looks like a football machine sent from the future

At his worst it looks like Zack Wilson bust levels looking lost. After some seasons it seems clear to me now that this team will rise and fall to the level that Josh Allen does.

The two losses remind me of what playoff losses have looked like for us. Ravens smashed the Bills like the Bengals did. Texans did today what KC has usually does to us and sneaks by because the offense is figured out.

The only difference is that today is that now I believe I can see what Diggs might of been hinting at. I love Josh but maybe he isn't all that serious and just leans on accolades and not going full cyborg all the time.

You lost me at "One of the greatest QBs of all time".

For all of this regime’s faults I wouldn’t say a desire to win is the issue. I don’t think McDermott is a slacker or not competitive, by any means.

But I do think his mentality is “commitment to the process” as opposed to “commitment to excellence.” I think that is the case 110%

Don't forget the new and improved and ever popular "Everyone Eats!".

These guys in charge dont care about winning a championship im sure they would love to bit it's not the priority. They are about being competitive year in and year out. The messaging on  local radio is there's not much of an appetite for trading for a reciever that is desperately needed right now. They care about making the playoffs making them equals job security the division is a mess they will make it and make an early exit. They won't sell out to win 1 like the RAMS did  it's just get in and hope for the best.

Honestly, none of us know what is going through the heads of Beane & Co.

We do know that we have a franchise QB with a great arm that is missing a key element for his success, which are competent wide receivers. This "Everyone Eats" BS is just another tag line to go with "Trust the Process".

Has anyone else noticed the lack of running Josh is not doing this year?

Is it a "Save it for next season" mandate?

As it currently stands right now, we have around 10 mil in cap space going into next season which is among one of the worst in the league.

And for the hoarding of draft picks comment, we have 8 picks which includes what looks like a late 2nd rounder from the Vikings (which could be helpful) and an extra 4th and 6th.

The Buffalo Bills are projected to have $14 million in cap space for 2025, according to Over The Cap. This is based on a projected salary cap of $260 million.

This post is consistent with the other fair weather, crybaby fans I’ve seen festering in our fan base lately.

I don’t know what happened. When we win 3 in a row it’s SUPER BOWL and if we lose a game it’s I QUIT THIS TEAM.

I used to be so proud of our fans. What the hell happened to us.

You're funny. You also apparently lack good reading comprehension skills. You consider someone that has followed this team over 50 years as "Fair Weather"?

Always Bills first but there are other teams I follow.  I enjoy young up and coming teams that have a buzz around them.  Detroit is a fun team.  It's fun to have another team that you follow but aren't as emotionally invested in.  I even bought a lions hat when I was in Detroit a few months ago for work.

    THANK YOU!
