There are about 20 fire Ken Dorsey threads this could have been placed in lol

If you read my post, I go just a bit more deeper than just fire Dorsey.

  3. It really is a shame that we're witnessing the regression of our team and our window with Josh Allen.

In comparison you see the continued upward trajectory of the Chiefs.

I can only attribute this to the level of coaching we have compared to the Chiefs, more to the point, Mahomes.

When you have arguably a generational talent like Josh, you need an OC that can nurture, shape and put Josh in the position to thrive and one that can best utilize his skill set.

What were witnessing is an OC that is " still learning the game" and its at Josh's expense.

Dorsey will be gone after this season. Bet on it.

We need to bring in a gifted, forward thinking " Young " OC that has vision and one that also can be one with Josh and expolit is special and unique skill set.

My God, look how dynamic the Dolphins Offense is!

Our O-coordinator is our weak link and it's KILLING our team!

Through seven games, Josh’s stats are as follows:

    2020: 175/259, 2,018 yards, 16 touchdowns, 4 interceptions, 12 sacks.

    2021: 178/272, 1,972 yards, 17 touchdowns, 3 interceptions, 8 sacks.

    2022: 173/264, 2,198 yards, 19 touchdowns, 6 interceptions, 11 sacks.

    2023: 174/246, 1,841 yards 15 touchdowns, 7 interceptions, 10 sacks.

We see that Josh has thrown fewer passes with a similar amount completions, but with fewer yards and touchdowns, reflecting an offense prioritizing safe football instead of explosive plays. We also see more interceptions although that’s skewed by the awful Jets game.

We also see a bit more success in the run game aside from Josh, as Cook’s 417 yards are the best a Bills RB has had through this span in some time.

But yet you leave out Josh's running Stats.

Agreed. And I have to appreciate that you started a reasonable topic, that is very rare tonight.

He needs to start running more, both designed runs and scrambles.

Those who know, know this is not the old JA that were used to watching.

He's constantly passing up scrambling opportunities.

Even though almost every injury he's suffered has been from inside the pocket. This coaching staff just doesn't get it. They're wasting the prime years of an elite QB.

YES! His window is closing. I admire Mc D's loyalty but his loyalty now needs to be his keeping his job!

The play calling is so erratic.
