what exactly has JImmy G. shown? I remember this guy named Rob Johnson, man he had one great game as a backup, and some team payed a high price for an unknown quantity. bit surprised the niners payed that price for him. especially with the QBs in this upcoming draft, and Cousins being a free agent. been a bunch of backup QBs from NE to go elsewhere, and every one of them has been terrible. Not exactly the track record you would look for to trade for an unknown.

i want to be excited about this trade, but something smells funny about it. KB was a beast the season prior to the SB year. He hasnt done much since. Worried about his injury history. Clearly didnt give up the house to get him, just seems strange. Hope it works out.

dunno if Peterman has a gun for a arm or not, but he certainly looks to rifle the ball out fast. Noticed the difference between him and Taylor in the preseason. Sure Peterman faced backups, but if u need to get the ball out fast accurately in this system, then i know who i would go with.

who the hell is Wentz throwing too? I cant name any of his receivers. Only about 10 elite receivers in the league. 32 teams 2 starters, 64 receivers, 54 who really arent game changers. gimme a break. more excuses. Welker, Edelman, fricken Hogan..... how does Brady do this? by throwing them open and being accurate. not rocket science.

Sammy bitching cuz Taylor wasnt targeting him, or when he did target him, he threw Sammy into terrible spots so he could take big hits. There was a 4 game stretch at one point that it looked like Tyrod was going to get all our receivers at the time killed. Taylor hasnt progressed. I fully believe that the 3-1 start is a surprise to the coaches and the FO. You say the right things, but sometimes u dont really believe them. This was a get started year, not, hey its playoffs or bust year. You dont stockpile picks if your heading for the playoffs.

im sure that last pass play was designed to go to Shady, but ffs, the 3 receiver set on the other side of the field, if u watched it, all of them were wide open, cincy CBs where 15 yrds down field. perfect time for a WR screen. not on Taylor, just seems like with 2 blockers, might have gotten the first down there.

keep hearing about Taylors beautiful long balls......yet i dont see it, sure he connected a few times with Watkins on chuck and pray balls, but those are extremely low percentage plays. more often than not ive seen Taylors long balls float out of bounds with no way to make a play on the ball. i just dont see this aspect of his game. chicks dig the long ball, winning games takes the chains moving on 3rd downs. This is where Taylor is extremely limited.

ya lots of season left, its possible that Gilmore cleans up his play. Pats have more issues on the d than just Gilmore. the way the Pats approached this offseason makes me think that the Hoodie knows that Brady is just about done and he tried to stack the team for one last run. Pats used to develop through the draft, but that takes time. Signing high priced FAs isnt their norm.

focusing on 1 or 2 dropped balls by 1 receiver surely proves your point that Taylor is a legit QB. +1 for you if Zay dropped 2, i only saw the shallow cross drop. well done.

not sure u watched the game what about Taylors best throw, the deep pass, how many of those sailed out of bounds? but ya, Zey dropped one......
