I would have brought in a vet WR/TE for a security blanket for Allen OR if I wanted Allen to sit (like I think he should) I bring in a vet QB for him learn under. (The Cardinals tried this and for them the vet they chose just stunk beyond stinking..)
This! The rest is just a bunch of noise.

Oh come on! This mystery genius coach would have told Josh not to get his elbow in the way of that guys helmet?

This going to be UGLY!

One thing about the MNF games of recent years is that they have ALL been close. Close losses, but close nonetheless. MNF has lost some prestige but it is still the game that the players watch. There is something about a team that never plays on national TV playing a team that always plays on national TV, especially in a home game. We are dealing with a talent deficit, but the Bills have a lot of proud veteran players that have no intention of being embarassed. I'm not saying they will win, but I like the Bills +13 quite a bit.
Flip...this is going to be ugly. Really, really, ugly. The Patriots won't give a rip about the pride-filled Bills veterans.

The Broncos and the Bills are two teams going nowhere in 2018. Why not trade WRs straight up? Benjamin for Thomas. Both guys clearly need a change of scenery and both will most likely be gone in 2019.

Is there any chance the Equipment Staff still has some of those slippery floor mats laying around? We could put a few out as the Patriots leave the tunnel?

The Main Stream Media is way too busy trying to get the President fired, to have time to worry about McBeane. Maybe after the Mid-Term elections. Stay tuned!

So instead of a run thumper we got a skinny kid who can chase the ball carrier down from behind, hanging on for dear life until the rest of the Hyena Pack can encircle the kill? Fantastic!

This same thread could be written about every new coach. First, the team fires the old coach, almost certainly because the Team was not winning. Then, everyone expects the new coach to keep everything the same in hopes of a different result? On the contrary...I'd be shocked if there wasn't a house cleaning.

Pegula's were and in all likelyhood still are very high on Josh Allen so its not like McBeanes are in this alone IMO.
I know I still am...
So you’re saying Terry and Kim are going to be out of here too? ? Sweet! That’ll allow me to swoop in and buy the franchise after all.

OldMan....that sure was a lots of words you posted there! But in one sentence: McBeanes have staked their future on Allen and Edmunds...period!

They're fixing the D which rex amd his idiot brother ruined and getting JA experience while also evaluating who is a maybe and who is gone next year so as to make better decisions in the off season . next year will be a young, new offense making its mistakes and learning and then, hopefully, 2020 will see our young new team proudly take its first big boy steps.
I still wouldn’t call that rebuilding. I’m in the construction business. The Bills are currently in the DEMOLITION phase. There’s very little Reconstruction going on yet as best as I can tell. They kept some of the old walls and a bit of roofing but it won’t be long before they discover that just make the project take longer! Time for another visit to Home Depot!

Even still......this offense can barely make 3 points on any given Sunday.......
Good thing the games on Monday night then! (It’s not a given Sunday)

Loving the Bills is like being in an abusive relationship that you can't walk away from
This! Everyone tells you that you should just walk away but you return for more each week!

This looks more like a PRE-building year. I don’t see a whole ton building of ANYTHING going on right now. Do you?

I’m absolutely dying to find out what ‘young black players’ like to do. Anyone?

Playing the game of tackle football with Long hair makes absolutely zero sense. Heck, the Linemen spray their jerseys to their pads so there’s nothing for the opponent to grab. Fashion statements are nice, but they have no place in the workplace if they’re going to impede your performance. Cut your hair!

In a sport like football I’m thinking you need a healthy amount of both...or someone’s going to take your head off on the field! The Bills aren’t your high school debate team.

How long does it take a typical NFL team? Or how long will it take the Buffalo Bills? I’ll have to get to you on the latter....

I’d say 80% of this board have never left western NY. This is not the appropriate place to ask.
Google is your friend.
Have fun in the crap weather and enjoy the ***** overpriced food of London.
Yikes! Have you ever left your Mom’s sofa? I’ve been to London many times, and can’t wait to go back. You’ve clearly never been there...or anywhere else.

By the way...it’ll be 65 and sunny in London tomorrow and 43 and crappy in WNY.

If Beane is worth his salt, KB will be gone in the next few weeks. Btw, the pick 6 was obviously the fault of NP, but did anyone notice the atrocious, lazy route run by KB. He is not a QB's friend.
I also noticed that KB didn’t even try to run down the CB after the pick. If I’m the Coach he sits down for a week or two and thinks about whether he wants to compete. (I said the same about Mario in his past few games...but Rex kept playing him!)

Kelvin Benjamin!! Anytime you can pay a guy $8.5M to get you 2 catches and 29 yards a game you have to do it!!
So at that rate the Bills are paying him $500k per game or $250k per catch....nice!

No as you know in March they sat on their hands when it came to QB and signed another 5th round pick with a couple meaningful starts to pair with another 5th round pick and his couple meaningful startss to put in a room knowing you are targeting the Rawest Rookie out of the top 4.
But yeah properly managed that.
And you believe our record right now would be what? 3-3? OK...This year was always going to be rough. I’m not sure what all the hair on Fire, pitch forks at the Gates is all about.

As I said the error was not bringing in a vet when they traded McCarron. But ultimately I don't think it would have changed things very much.
In a nutshell...this!

How much would you pay for a Kelly picture or autograph?

I didn’t pay anything. He gladly offered when I bumped into him and his family in London.
