The firing of Denison virtually guarantees that Tyrod will be gone. I have no idea how it could mean anything else. But, players contracts are different than coaches. The coach goes first!
-
The team gets to London many, many days before the game, and always get a bye upon their return. Yes, there is some jet lag when visiting London. I've done it from the west coast...but the Bills have three hours less to worry about. No big deal. Playing a game on Thursday night is WAY WORSE than playing in London.

Getting Sammy back would be one of the all time hilarious deals! First we take him with two number ones, then we trade him for a starting cornerback and make the playoffs, then we get him back. Sounds like a script from Draft Day!

The London games are as lame as the Bills in Toronto series..... well maybe not quite that Lame, but pretty stupid.
Spoken by someone how didn't attend the London game? If you had gone, you wouldn't be saying that....trust me. (And why do you care where the Jaguars choose to play their games?)

It can't be that hard to write this stuff. Just as I've been saying....the Bills have to address pretty much EVERY level of both offense and defense: QB, RB (back up), WR, OL , DL, LB and according to the author CB as well. In short.....everything!
Go Bills

I agree. IMO so can Thursday night games.
Go to London next time the Bills are there. We had a blast!!! As for the other teams, I couldn't care less where they play.

Every team has holes.
LB, DT, and QB are where we need upgrades. We have other team needs, but these are the major ones.
Did I say anything about other teams? But now that you mentioned it....The 2018 Bills unfortunately have medium sized holes at many positions. Whereas other teams have huge holes at one or two spots. The good thing for the Bills is that they Cap Space and Draft picks to help them plug them.
-
Pretty much everything. There are huge holes on both sides of the ball at every level. The more poignant question is which positions will the Bills be forced to IGNORE in the offseason. They can fix everything.

The owner of the Jags also owns an English soccer team Fulham FC. Maybe this has something to do with it?
Yes....that has everything to do with it. We attended the Bills game in London and also the Fulham match the day before. The Jaguars cheerleaders performed at the soccer match.

Yes, that's a long list of current roster players but with all the draft picks the Bills acquired it ends up being a numbers game. Throw in a few free agent acquisitions and don't think the decisions will be all that hard for the front office. Like every year the entire offseason will come down to three of four players on the hot seat.

I'll watch the playoffs the same way I watch PGA Golf.....with my eyes drooping, and head bobbing up and down from a good, solid, nap.

I find all of these Trade Value threads to be hilarious. For some reason, untested Draft Picks are treated and horded like gold! Whereas veterans, who've at least played in the NFL are kicked to the curb for a 4th Round Pick. Nine times out of ten that 4th Round Pick will never amount to anything. It shows what a mess the Player Personnel segment of the industry actually is.

I've said this before, if you are going to change Quarterbacks, this is the BEST time to change the OC as well. This keeps the signal caller from learning a new system. So...IMHO it all revolves around whether Tyrod stays or goes. This is a management call.
-
Free agency? I've not seen a list of WR. Of course neither Tyrod nor an unknown rookie are going attract the best of the best.
-
It's really pretty simple. By keeping Tyrod you'd be trading some extra rushing yards and very few interceptions for a very limited passing attack. Whereas if you dump him you're sure to get more passing yards per game In exchange for an extra interception and probably a first down or two from TTs scrambling.
I'm more than willing to make the change. We've all seen what we get with the Tyrod version of the formula.

I know that video highlights can be deceiving but Rudolph sure looks like a tall pocket passer that can stand in and take a hit ...and deliver a strike when called upon! Deep routes, crossing routes, fades to the pylon, etc. Nothing on that highlight reel looks like a 'system' QB. My two cents.
-
I have to believe that the Bills will show strong interest in the Georgia Middle Linebacker, or in any one of the Defensive Linemen....but I have no idea whether any of them will be there when we draft. It would seem like one of them should.
-
The underlying assumption of this thread is that this regression has something to do with playing in the AFC East. The variation is season record has nothing to do with the Division.
-
If Dennison's offense is still the Law of the Land in 2018.....I would just as soon keep Tyrod. At least he knows the terminology. Hint, hint.....I am praying that Dennison goes first!
-
If Dennison stays, then we might as well keep Tyrod as the 'dark horse'.....while the rookie learns. If Dennison goes, then you're going to have to see who's out there...and it probably makes very little difference for 2018.
-
This 'exciting' off season rises and falls on what they do with Tyrod. If they keep him and draft some linemen.....yawn. If they go get a name veteran and surround him with solid rookies along with a drafting a QB....optimistic? If they go all in a rookie QB.....yikes!
-
I'm hoping that Kyle calls it quits. The Bills are NOT winning the Super Bowl next year Kyle! Go out on a high note. The end of the Drought is as high of a note as you're going to get any time soon.
-
If Dennison AND Tyrod are both back....'The Process' is nothing but BS. So...if Dennison is back, I'm going to assume that Tyrod is history.

The legend of Sammy continues. Landry had far, far better numbers than Sammy this past year, and Landry was playing with a QB that was supposed to be in the Press Box in 2017.
