I’m as much concerned about the utter lack of push in the running game as pass protection right now.

I've always thought the standing bison was so ugly and dull...
There's something to be said for simplicity, but a freaking bison just standing thereYes...a lot like the Packers, Bears, Browns....etc (kidding) they’re ALL classics

What would be interesting is a combination downtown football stadium and hockey arena. Im not sure it’s ever been done but it’d be the perfect fit for WNY. If they can roll the grass field in from outside in Phoenix why not do something similar with ice rink?

Sabres streak has been amazing but let’s not mix the Bills disappointing season together.
You could’ve said the same thing about the Sabres back on November 3rd. Every streak has to start somewhere. If the Bills win Sunday.....

I have to wonder if this is the longest such streak in Buffalo sports history. Does anyone know?
-
That was the last day that either the Bills or Sabres lost a game! Really hard to believe.

Why not Murphy? Because Shady isn't hurt! Murphy is the understudy for Shady when he can't go. Ivory is the change of pace bruiser. It's pretty simple really.

If they really wanted to fire someone on Special Teams, they should've looked in the coaches office first!

Matt Darr? That sounds like a made up name! Maybe we're just messing with the Dolphins heads now.

Let me get this straight...Terry and Kim are going to pay a consultant to ask fans what they think, when they could go to anyone of a MILLION threads on the topic and read the feedback for free?
What's the definition of a Consultant? "Someone from out of town!"...or..."Someone who borrows your watch to tell what time it is!"

It will sort itself out. At some point, maybe this offseason, these guys are going to decide whether they still want to play or not. Being an NFL defensive tackle or linebacker is a lot more work than three hours on Sunday afternoon. My guess is that they'll hang it up before the Bills even have to make the decision.
-
Logic...I agree. The game doesn't appear to big for him, and he doesn't appear to be cocky about it. The other thing I was thinking, while watching the game on Sunday, is that the Buffalo weather and small market size shouldn't be a factor for him, having played at Wyoming.

Dareus? You must be kidding. No way. Put me down for "Hell No!"

and the Browns.
Yep, I’m hoping their stupid tie game doesn’t come back to haunt us. But hey...we’re IN THE HUNT....our happy place!

So that knocks the Bengals out of the playoff race. You can take the Dolphins out too, since we need to beat them twice anyway. That leaves the Broncos, Colts and Ravens as the competition now.
Go Bills

The question is not one of mileage. The real question is whether he’s the right sort of running back for this offense, and his current style. I don’t think so.
-
I no longer get emotionally attached to players. The Bills are not an alumni organization. Shady stays only as long as the Bills don’t feel there’s legitimate value given in return for trading him. (I believe there was a market for him at the trade deadline but I doubt much of one this offseason.)

Special teams have absolutely sucked.
You've got that right! I've always thought that Special Teams had a lot to do with motivating second string players to want to contribute in a facet of the game where they're probably not all that used to playing. You have to remember that most NFL players were at the top of their 'positions' in College. I've seen very little positive motivational or strategic coaching on the Bills Special Teams this year.

I think there were several things going on on that play. One was he didn't want the penalty. But another was that he wanted turn Bortles to the inside in hopes of tackling him in bounds. Bortles mad a nice move on that play.
Well that's certainly a glass-half-full take on it. What I saw was Johnson saying "Hey...since when do the QBs not run out of bounds...next time I'll take your head off!"

He took an unnecessary hit on his long scramble. Should have gotten out of bounds two yards earlier.
I was a bit upset when one of the Jags put a hit on Allen when he was clearly going out of bounds...but even more upset when Bortles didn't step out of bounds late in the game, while Tauron Johnson let up instead of hitting him.

I love Vander Esch's game. Great pick by the Cowboys.
Bingo...so far at least, there is no comparison.
Where are we at? Miracle Playoff run or does each win just ruin draft position?

You win every game you can! This season has been especially odd because the coupling of the front loaded tough schedule and the horrible handling of the QB position put the Bills in a bigger hole than anyone wanted. At the end of December it’s very likely they’ll be sitting right back at 7-9...again...and no one will have considered that a tanking year.
