A good friend of mine’s twenty one year old son was murdered while visiting Mexico as have many many others. The issue here is not the per capita murder ‘rate’ but who are the targets. It’s VERY rare that a tourist is murdered while visiting the United States.

Thanks for simple list! What stands out to me is how the WR room will be filled with only two guys we drafted (one who’s yet to play a snap) and then a bunch of guys we found in the union hall.

Two comments: First, you sure get a lot of house for your money in Georgia. Second, that definitely doesn’t look like the house of a young adult. I have to wonder if he feels completely out of place in it. As my mother would’ve said whenever she took my brothers and me into a nice store….“keep your hands in your pockets and don’t touch anything!”.

The Bills win a Super Bowl. I couldn’t care less if I’m at the game or just watching on television. Just one before I die! It simply isn’t supposed to be this far fetched….dammit.

I always find it interesting how some folks on here don’t want to pay players yet somehow assume that other teams do. Cook will get what the market suggests at the time. That’ll either be with the Bills or elsewhere, but there’s little chance that Beane will get into a bidding war, much like he didn’t with Edmunds who most would suggest plays a more valuable roster spot. -
What’s something worth? What someone is willing to pay for it.

I believe you’re missing the point. The criticism isn’t directed at Knox, the player. It’s directed at the Front Office for his contract first, and for his use in the offense second. I hope that helps.

I’m not actually referring to those that have been cut. I’m referring to those players that never got a chance to compete. There are literally hundreds and hundreds of college football players that don’t get drafted. They all put in the time.

That of course can happen as well….but generally not at the NFL level. Just the other day we were discussing who the Bills should sign with their remaining few million dollars. I don’t recall anyone suggesting they should go look across the street to see if any of the new stadium steel riggers had potential, because after all they lift heavy stuff every day. 😉

I have no idea what you do for a living but I’m dying to hear if you’d have the same reaction if after getting your accounting degree you found out your potential employer passed you over for that internship because they decided to roll the dice on a guy who they heard was good at math.
