This has been hashed and rehashed in countless threads since we were eliminated. In the end it came down to the same fatal flaw that doomed the 49ers on Sunday. You simply cannot give the ball back to Mahomes when he knows what he needs to win the game. The 49ers shouldn’t have kicked the field goal and neither should’ve the Bills attempted one. But sadly….we never seem to learn.

That’s a lot of words to say you want the government to impose significant limitations on gun ownership. You’ll notice I’ve not said that I’m either for or against it. I’m just personally exhausted from the social media driven ‘jump to conclusions’ crowd.

An excellent point ….and if you read through my posts in this thread you’ll find I’ve advocated for one thing, and one thing only: That everyone needs to simmer down, show some respect for those who were hurt or killed, and to wait to learn more about what actually happened before rushing in to solve a virtual cornucopia of society’s problems. Instead, I’ve read that this sad incident should be the launching point to fix student debt, the nuclear family, assault weapons, the second amendment in general, and yes mental health.

I find it interesting that you consider people not being able to pay off a loan they freely took out for a higher education to be an example of life being hard. Really? That’s your example?

And you, like many on here, are anxious to solve the problem of this shooting TONIGHT before even understanding what happened.

I noticed that too. Must be nice to know it’s a lock. And I remained constantly baffled as to why the Bills don’t use more roll out action with Josh in similar situations. He’s a clear threat to run it in, putting the defense in a real bind. In short….enough already with the ridiculous 50:50 fade routes to the deep pylon. Sheeessh!

If I’m following along, the basic point of this thread is to discuss whether the Bills should jump ahead and extend Brown’s contract BEFORE it’s up next season? Do they have any legitimate money available to do that? Seems to me this same discussion could apply to any number of players who’re in their pre-contract season….no? Anybody have the list of the other players who’re in a similar situation? That’s ultimately the measuring stick.

I have to agree. Just look at how many teams lost their starting quarterback this past season. If that happens to the Bills next year, we’re obviously toast.

It all comes back to Von. They’d just watched the Rams go all in and get a trophy for it. Unfortunately it didn’t work out for the Bills. Now, the test will be what they do about it. The Rams seem to have fixed it pretty darn quickly.

If he has, he needs to do it again with a different guru! Because to date it hasn’t stuck. And….If he hasn’t he definitely needs to.

These webcams are generally provided by the Construction Team…in this case Turner, one of the largest companies in the world. They use them to promote their work and progress. Unfortunately on a project as large as an NFL stadium it’s hard to pick an angle whose sight line won’t get blocked by the actual building at some point. When that happens we typically ask them to move it every few months.

As you know, many businesses never reach the top and never will the Buffalo Bills if they keep thinking this ‘process’ nonsense is going to give them the answers. At this point in McDs reign it is nothing more than a cliche. Taking the final step is NOT about The Process. It’s about staying in the moment, at the moment of ultimate testing. I’m beginning to think the team needs something akin to a zen retreat, and then that guru needs to walk the sideline during playoff crunch time as a clear visual reminder of what they have hopefully trained their minds to do. Sounds a bit dum for sure but it’s what’s lacking from the entire roster and staff.

And you’ve clearly articulated why it isn’t working. They’re working on improving the wrong stuff.

I’d really love to hear what McD (or you) thinks he needs to ‘improve’ on. You seem to think he knows. I definitely do not.

So let’s shelve this discussion until next year. They cannot overhaul the entire roster in one offseason.
