    Also correct. 👍 The odd thing about all of the Chiefs whining is that Toney did the exact same thing multiple times yesterday and the KC coaching staff apparently never told him to check with the refs! That’s on the Chiefs…not on the referees .

    Not sure if it’s been mentioned but there was a ridiculous panel on NFL Live talking about the play and the one guy showed multiple plays where Toney was also lined up offside yesterday as justification for why the penalty should NOT have been called. I mean, really? What color is the sky in these people’s world? Geeez!

    What you are seeing is the WR checking to see if he’s lined up incorrectly so as to be ‘covering up’ the TE or other WR. He’s not checking to see if he’s over the line of scrimmage. The penalty he’s trying to avoid is illegal formation….not offside.

    Why would we play our First Round pick when we can watch Taron Johnson run around aimlessly bumping into his own players? Hmmmm?

    Mahomes is complete trash and needs to apologize to the league after that outburst. It’s okay to be frustrated but now that he’s seen the replay he has to come out and say something publicly. There’s NO WAY the ref has any idea what was going to happen downfield on that play. He throws the flag immediately, on the snap.

    If we’re being totally honest every team needs to constantly be upgrading their offensive line. We’ve actually been incredibly lucky that we’ve been injury free there all season.

    I cannot imagine a WORSE look for the coddled entitled Chiefs than that display after things didn’t go their way. Geez what an embarrassment.

    I said it elsewhere but I dare anyone to watch the Netflix series The Quarterback and not come away thinking that Mahomes is pure ego driven trash. I’m almost shocked he let that series air. At the same time I found a completely new appreciation for Kirk Cousins. He appears to be a class act.
