  1. I agree. Seems odd to be so concerned about a change that hasn’t happened yet and one that would only impact your team about once every ten years. Most people are pretty much done going to church, opening gifts, etc long before these games would kick off. So just like Thanksgiving the games will become some often needed background noise while families gather to chat, celebrate the holiday (and/or a welcome excuse to ignore their annoying aunts, uncles, and cousins).
  2. Answer: Easter Sunday is the first Sunday after the first full moon after March 21st, the Spring Equinox. You'll note we just had a full moon earlier this week.
  3. As we’ve established, Christmas Day is celebrated on a specific day (December 25th) every year, but NOT on a specific day of the week, like Wednesday. So seeing as how this Sunday is Easter Sunday (always on a Sunday but NOT the same Sunday) can anyone tell us…without looking it up…..how is the date for Easter Sunday determined each year? PS: It’s one of the few trivia questions that I actually know.
  4. Seeing as how the Rams host the Bills this season I’m going to assume his Contract includes a No Intercepting Josh Allen clause.
  5. These are some very odd comments. You’all are aware that Christmas isn’t always on a Wednesday, right?
  6. If you prefer not to watch in some sort of protest…..don’t. Stick to The Man with all you’ve got. Odd that you choose to draw the line on Wednesday (not Christmas Day) but you do you!
  7. I’m guessing it’s because the opportunity exists to play on a national holiday. And also because anyone who wants to watch an NBA quadruple header should have their head examined! 😂
  8. A turd? Nope. I just find it hilarious that people find it so easy to bash on billionaires. Everyone is ‘greedy’. And, my problem with this latest decision has nothing to do with greed.
  9. Apparently he had just left the driving range when my son-in-law got there wearing a Bills cap. Hailee is from the area.
  10. I see….so we only cross the greed line at Billionaires? I’ve got a ways to go so it’s still open season for me.
  11. Well thank goodness! If they had t changed this I was swearing off the NFL forever. Forever….I tell you!
  12. There isn’t a single change that’s been made under the current Commissioner that I’ve agreed with. And that streak continues with this one.
  13. I like football as the much as the next but I have almost zero interest in watching it all year long.
  14. I’m hip to this scene…but not to the rule change.
  15. I know he’s working on his golf stroke. He was at the driving range right by my house the other day. 😉
  16. Thanks as always for the excellent overview. As I look at the roster the one player/position that stands out is TE. Can the Bills really afford to pay Knox big money to be a back up tight end? I would think they could find a trade partner for his services…either for a decent draft pick or a starter at one of their couple remaining positions of need.
  17. Ah yes, it sounds like this new stadium experience and ticketing presentation is REALLY going over well. (But I hear there’s a free PowerPoint.)
  18. Are you under the impression that most large companies you purchase goods and services from are NOT owned by multi-millionaires if not billionaires? They are!
  19. I think the NFL wants what every business wants. They want their customers to pay more money for the products and/or services they provide. That doesn’t make them evil. It makes them…normal.
  20. I’ve seen a couple of people reference my comments about timeshare presentations. Please note that I didn’t say those presentations were either good or bad. What I’ve said is that the Bills appear to using the STRATEGIES and TACTICS of timeshare presentations to sell seats in the new stadium. It obviously works for timeshares, or there wouldn’t be any. PS: I’ve been ‘invested’ in a timeshare for over a decade.
  21. Has he ever been to Carolina? Ever driven through it?
  22. Seems really odd! Does he get fired from both if he only screws up one?
  23. He’s required to sit through a 90 minute presentation (which includes a PowerPoint) before he can leave.
