    Yes it is. I’m just amazed that if she was traveling with a group that they didn’t go over this amongst a bunch of other protocols. If they did, it makes her error even more baffling. If they didn’t it makes you wonder what the event organizers were doing. (It’s different from when you or I just get on a plane.)

    In all the chatter here....does anyone know why Ms Griner was going to Russia in the first place? Was it some sort of a promotional event? If so, doesn't she have 'people' who tell her the rules before she gets on the plane? (Not making a judgement here....just wondering what her management team was doing.)

    I was there. I remember that it was really damp and cold. Game ended in a tie if I recall correctly....which seemed fitting at the time, as everyone knew we were moving on to better things.
