Overlooked in all of these comments is that McD almost called a timeout to take away the touchdown to Knox. He ran all the way down the sideline and just missed getting it all called to make yet another screw up. He was horrible in-game.

I don’t think the coaching staff will learn anything from this performance. They learned nothing from thirteen seconds and they’ll be just as stubborn now.

While I’m a big fan of new technologies, I’m opposed to them being mandated by the government. Nobody had to mandate the microwave oven for the free market to work its magic and now pretty much everyone has one in their kitchen.

I wouldn’t waste too much time. When you step back and consider the hype that the Committee originally garnered, it ultimately fell absolutely flat on its face, just like every other overreach they tried. I honestly cannot believe that smarter voices on the Left weren’t telling the likes of Schiff and Pelosi that this was going to be an absolute disaster…and it was.

Both sides are clearly immersed in hyperbole. The strategy gets clicks, sells newspapers, and puts eyeballs on screens. While I’m very interested in the evolution of cooking technology that things like induction stoves bring, I’m also a bit concerned that putting the nation’s entire energy supply in one big electric basket could be extremely problematic / dangerous going forward.
