  1. Shanahan is making a real mess of this. I know he’s in a tough spot but come on coach!
  2. You have to be willing to give up something in a negotiation. I’m willing to make that trade. If everyone wants these ‘free’ services from their country, then EVERYONE has to pay for them.
  3. Bengals all the way. I’m dying to see the Chiefs go home early…. again.
  4. I agree with pretty much everything that’s been posted here. I’ve said it before: the recent version of Bills are very similar to the Super Bowl Bills except that this time around they can’t even get out of the AFC before someone punches them in the face.
  5. I’ll trade universal health care for a flat tax. Anyone want to make that trade?
  6. Wait….we have an assistant line coach? Go figure! What exactly does he do?
  7. I’ve never cared when a guy was drafted. Once you make the team, you’ve made the team. Specifically with regard to Bernard, the Bills don’t use a lot of LBs and we didn’t see too many injuries to either Milano or Edmunds, so I’m not sure where people wanted Bernard to play? He needs live action reps, and lots of them, before a judgement can be made.
  8. Let’s all hope so, but I seriously doubt it.
  9. Probably not the sort of activity where I should wish you to ‘break a leg’! 😉 Good luck.
  10. It’s all very left leaning. I marvel when my wife watches the Today Show some mornings. All you have to do is listen for the adjectives. That’s where you’ll understand the true intent of the reporting. There’s no difference with NPR. None.
  11. That is not what I said. The specific sentence you’re referring to is in relation to pharmaceuticals. Read Tibs, you can do it. I know you can if you try. Now, in regards to military equipment, we as citizens do NOT directly buy tanks, but we are all paying for them.
  12. A coup? You’ve gotta be kidding me! Step back for a minute. A guy in a water buffalo hat walked into the Capitol. A coup? Not even close. Breathe, dude.
  13. I think I’m with you there. The years go by, and start to add up. The drought now seems like a distant memory. But what has the team accomplished? They’ve made a lot of noise in the regular season and generated a lot of national attention and good will….but…I think that’s going to quickly turn into “not the Bills, again….yawn”.
  14. The more fitting comparison has to be the Rams who won the Super Bowl but completely crashed and burned this year. Would you take that one win if the very next season you didn’t even have a winning record?
  15. An interesting take, but I don’t believe the Bills are going to be touted (except by Bills fans) no matter how they start next season. The bloom is most definitely off the rose.
  16. Day One: Get rid of Frazier. (I cannot believe an entire week has gone by and I’m still saying it.) He’s an easy sacrificial lamb. And there definitely has to be one! Firing the Safeties Coach? You’ve gotta be kidding me…right?
  17. Ha! My comment was more about the D and R thing. If anyone reads my posts they’d know I’m definitely not a dyed in the wool partisan. Both parties are stricken with the same core ailments. It’s why I routinely laugh at BillStime, who sees every issue through a completely partisan lens.
