If she loses her job over this it wasn’t a company worth working for. I’ll let her attorney work it out. I saw very little going on in the actual ‘incident’…did you?

How can ignore feature work better
SoCal Deek replied to Over 29 years of fanhood's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
If you say so. It seems to me that the actual discussions are few and far between. It’s mostly just people calling each other names, covering their ears, and saying blah blah blah. And….the occasional junior high level meme of course. Can’t forget those. -

Is it just me or has this message board finally hit rock bottom? -
It is that easy. Don’t take the bait. Have a beer and take a nap.

This is a total non-story. I could see this sort of shenanigans going on just about anywhere in America. Nobody was using violence and nothing really came of it. Must be a REALLY slow news day. Move on!

Exactly But criminal gangs are….oh yeah….criminals.

This story was on the local news out here in Los Angeles and was pretty poorly explained. I’m not sure that I understand it still. This could be a bunch of rogue officers ‘ganging’ up on the citizenry…or it could simply be a brotherhood of officers who feel led to show they have each other’s backs in a really tough job. Seems to me if it’s the former, putting a tattoo on your arm is a really bad way to hide illegal activities.

Stadium Construction Discussion (No PSL/Seat selection posts)
SoCal Deek replied to JÂy RÛßeÒ's topic in The Stadium Wall
They can do it but from my experience you’re really not going to see very much. The view would be too close up. The camera needs to mounted a good distance away to ultimately get the time lapse video everyone will want. This is not to mention the liability for the Contractors. A construction site is a pretty dangerous place. The last thing these companies want is a live video showing a myriad of inevitable safety violations laying around. 😉 -
Do you actually LISTEN TO any of this Twitter garbage before running to your computer to post it here? Because I listened to it and it was a complete dead end! Even Goldman didn’t pursue it any further after his original question. A slanderous waste of committee time and an utterly pointless slur on these federally protected Whistleblowers.

I’m far from a rabid traditionalist but the dress code in Congress needs a refresh.

You mean we could all make money doing what we’re doing for free? Go figure! Can we unionize?

Russia Was Not a Democratic Hoax

Wait! I thought we believe all whistleblowers? Is that no longer a thing? I’m going to need a rule book! -
With all due respect. You aren't thinking big enough here SUNY. The income gap that you cite is in large degree CAUSED by the progressive tax code. We keep pouring more gasoline on the fire. As I have said many times on here nobody cares about their gross pay. They only care about their net pay. So...when you vote to raise taxes on your boss, you know what he does? He raised his income to pay for the taxes. His gross pay goes up but his net pay stays the same....and on and on it goes. To convert to a flat tax everyone's gross pay would be adjusted. It would take your employer about 20 minutes to make this change on a desktop computer. My gross pay would go down, and your gross pay would go up, but our net take-home pay would remain unchanged. Then, with the Great Reset in place, and both of us paying the same tax rate next year (let's say 25%) we can see if we both vote to raise taxes. I'm guessing not.
