  1. I think if you fix Rudolph's footwork there isn't a huge difference between him and Darnold. At worst I seem him as Matt Schaub.
  2. Mayfield and Darnold top 5. Rosen 10-15. Jackson, Allen, Rudolph 15-32.
  3. It's different. Richie doesn't effect the cap. They can't cut Wood yet so they have to continue to have him around. If Wood happened next year they wouldn't have given him that much attention.
  4. Okay. I shoulda looked. I knew it was Ivy League. But that's just what I'm saying. Steve Young is a lawyer? So is Alan Page. That KC player is a MD. John Urschel is a genius. It's not because he's smart. It's because you don't know what happens if he get a couple concussions. Will he follow this new wave and retire at 26 citing CTE?
  5. That's different. There have been far smarter players in the NFL than Rosen. Teams are more concerned he's prone to injury, played with a great line in college and probably won't in the NFL. Loves things outside of football. Comes from a family with money. Could retire if it gets tough. Fitzpatrick went to Harvard. So did Marcellus Wiley. I believe teams see Rosen closer to other rich kids or smart kids like Myron Rolle, Jonathan Martin and Matt Leinart. You can't know what his personality means if he's challenged. If he fails. Football is a business not a sport. They're investing not drafting. You have to judge based on investment. Can you invest in him. Will he invest in you? That's his problem. JMO.
  6. But not Fitzpatrick who went to Harvard? It has nothing to do with that. He's got a real shot at busting that Bills fans don't want to see.
  7. I still believe there are only 2 QB worthy of top 10 pick so I agree with this guy. Unless there are stupid trades I still see only Mayfield and Darnold as top ten worthy. Now Rosen and Allen my go in the top ten but Bills should be able to get them at 7-10.
  8. Because the Bills ran a RPO and teams have to account for Tyrod. People don't understand how much crap was covered up by Tyrod because they hate him. Watch Richie in pass pro.
  9. That's an awful oline. The interior would get smashed in pass pro. They'd better draft Jackson if that's their interior.
  10. No. Richie Incognito is not that good. He's vastly overrated.
  11. You guys are panicking over Richie. LMAO. This team had no offense before they lost Richie. The offense is not going to do anything this year even with Richie. They just don't have the talent. You guys don't understand how much crap was covered up by Tyrod being a runner. I don't see how any QB they have on the roster, or any of the top rookies, except Mayfield or Jackson can do anything with this offense. You guys are just now seeing that because they lost an old overrated guard who got beat all the time in pass pro? Richie was only smoke and mirrors because he could pull in the RPO. They aren't running a RPO with Peterman or McCarron. Who ever pays QB this year is going to get killed if he has to play in the pocket and that's true of whoever they draft.
  12. If the Bills are ever gonna be any good they have to build a young team that wins together.
  13. How about Bills trade 12, 22, 53 & 2019 1st to Browns for #1 overall. Browns trade Giants 4 & 53 for 2. 1. Bills - Darnold 2. Browns - Allen 3. Jets - Mayfield 4. Giants - Nelson, Chubb, Rosen ??
  14. For two reasons. 1. They need to say this to their fans so if the Browns take Darnold they can trade down saying our guy is off the board. 2.They might actually like Rosen and spread Darnold and Allen hype so the Browns take them over Rosen. 3. Who knows.
  15. At number 2, they shouldn't. He's way overrated. He's a good player but not a great IMO. He'll have an above average career like Matt Ryan if he can get over being hit and or blitzed on the NFL level. He won't have a great Oline like he had at UCLA so why would the Giants draft him when they know their major issue is Oline play?
  16. You're way off on several of these. ie Rudolph. His most likely floor is Chad Pennington or Matt Schaub and his ceiling is Rivers. Rosen's arm is too strong to ever be anything like Pennington. And he's not the same type of player. Rosen floor would be Sam Bradford and his ceiling would be Matt Ryan. Rudolph is nothing like Prescott or Bridgewater.
  17. Sammy Morris was a good player, just not for the Bills. Also you screwed up 1997, there was only 6 picks.
  18. Good now we're in the same place with these QBs. I feel like that about all of them except Mayfield or Jackson.
  19. Most NFL teams play 70-80% of offensive snaps in shotgun now. Your last post was Rudolph will not have a great Oline. Neither will Rosen, though he did in college. Is that a bigger change for Rudolph or Rosen?
  20. He had a worse Oline in college than Rosen but people don't hold it against Rosen he played with a great line and had all day to throw.
