Wow, they had some strong and positive things to say. He still needs to grow, and show he can develop. But that certanly gives me hope that he can be special. I didnt like the pick, but I never saw him play, just what the "experts" showed in some clips, but as I keep watching closely I get why he was the pick.

I think we still hava an 7-9 to 10-6 roster, it will all depend on who the offense can adapt to the new OC, who the o-line gel together. I trust the defense will keep us in a lot of games, but the Offense needs to step up.

If you get your FRANCHISE QB for 2 2nd Rounders it is a great deal. Nobody will remember the cost, just like nobody is mad because the Eagles made a move and gave up a LOT to get their guy. At the end of the day, the end result is what matters. Of course if it doesn´t pan out even a single 1st rounder would be consider a big loss, just like EJ´s pick even though we traded down and got him.

Mine is Passer Rating, but I go a lot with that "it factor". Thats why I love Mayfield.

This is the guy I want. I will support any guy we get, but I think this kid is going to be special. Even if we don´t get him, I will root for him unless he plays for a divisional oponent.

They also have the no. 4 pick, so they are really saying that so another club panics when they don´t draft QB at 1.

We overachive and finally have the playoffs monkey off our backs, so it is succesful. Step one is done.

Are you crazy?! Do you call broken plays a "brillian game plan?"... those plays but one were all design pass plays and unfortunatelly our D-Linemen lost their lanes. McD had also a very good defensive game plan, we gave up 10 points to a top 5 scoring offense. Furnett didn´t run wild as it was expected. Unffortunately the Offense was not good at all, as soon as they reached midfield something bad happened (sack, drop pass, bad playcall, etc...). We lost the game because of bad game plan and execution on offense.

Good for him, well deserved.

I don´t mind feeding Tolbert, I just don´t want him getting him streach run plays or a 3rd and long situation with him on the field. He ran ok up the middle against the Fish and we should stick to that plan.

As much as I would like to have Jimmy G here I would reather have our own younger QB from the draft, It would be better for a lot of reasons, starting with cheaper contract so we can build around him.

Losing Shady is not good in any way. If he plays he won´t be 100% so we might see a different game plan, one with Shady as decoy I think while also throwing to him here and there. Murphy will carry the load or it will be divided in 3 ways with Murphy, Tolbert and Shady.

I think Zay was open twise in this play, first going to the middle and the again as you pointed out.

He is not what we expected to be form the get go, but I think he will be good and he will have a good career, I just hope we keep him long enough.

He will be my dream OC to develop our new QB, his offense is always inovative and fun to watch. He could work with any veteran for a year or two and then start his guy or even start a rookie QB from day 1. Please please please! We deserve this after haveing to endure coaches like Hackett and Dennison...
