Zay Jones & Robert Foster - Advanced Metrics
Antonio replied to DCOrange's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I agree, and I would like us to try and use Foster like KC uses Hill or SF uses Goodwin. They both run more than just lfy or go routs. -

McDermott is going to cost us in a big game
Antonio replied to HomeskillitMoorman's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I´m not sure thats true. I think he likes to play it by the book, but if he start to trust the offense a little more we will see some changes, a more agresive playcalling, but so far he doesn´t trust the Offense. I agree. What I don´t understand is that if you are playing at home you have to play more agresive so why play vanilla defense all game long. It was like watching a pre season game. -

I didn´t like the defensive game plan. They were playing coverage insted of pressure. -

I agree with the Ultra Conservative calls. Also to start the 2nd half and specially after the fumble recovery, try to go big for a TD... insted they run thruw the middle. We gained 2 yards and settle for a FG. -
What Was the Primary Reason the Bills Lost (NYJ)?
Antonio replied to Gugny's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Special Teams and Ultra Conservative playcalling in the red zone. After the Philly Special, it seems they were trying not to lose yardas and maintain a Field Gol position, insted of trying to score. I think they need to trust Allen a little bit more. After the fumble recovery to start the 2nd hald they should have gone for the TD or big play to start the series, insted they run thruw the middle... -
Tanner Gentry is the exact WR Bills should sign

Can´t hurt to try, I´m sure it can´t be worst that having those two (KB & AH) sitting on the sideline. -
WR Technique Q - Overthrow to Foster
Antonio replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
There is no way Allen could throw that ball any better without laser help. But Foster ran it perfectly as well. When you come out of your break you always have to look for the ball, then as soon as is thrown you have to track it and run full speed to where you see it going. It was really close. If I could change something to make it work is just for Allen to throw it a tad earlier and with a litte more air under it so he doesnt have to throw it that far. -
Baldy's Breakdown of Allen vs. Miami
Antonio replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I was really disapointed with the pick, l won´t lie, I was frustraded. Baker was my guy and I was sure we were going to trade up to get him, but when he went 1st overall I knew we had nothing to do against that. I knew Darnold was going to the Jets so my hope was to trade up to take the other Josh. When they anounced the trade I was 100000% sure we had our guy JR. I was in that group of people that belive that his com % , small school, lack of experience, bad results agianst good competition would not translate well to the NFL. After the draft was over, I started t oread even more about him and a couple of weeks later I started to get why the FO chose him. I understood that they were looking at the long term plan and that the up side was really high. Today I can tell you that I still don´t know if I was wrong, but I am really happy with the guy, he plays hard, he gives everything he has, he cares, he wants it and he has every bit of skills needed to succeed. I hope he proves me wrong and I Will be really happy as I am so far. -
OK. I'll Say It-Allen will be best Bills QB ever
Antonio replied to beacon's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If he leads us to a SB victory, just one and then he retires he will be the best ever in my book. It can also be by his 2nd season, I dont care. -
Bills vs. Dolphins All-22 Coaches Film Reviews

Click the picture to open the whole picture. You will notice there is NO way Allen could have thrown that ball, he was scrambling for his life. -
The problem I have is they are really inconsistant. Sometimes they throw the flag for minimum contact (last game when they flagged Taron Johnson) and then they eat the flag in an extremly ovious PI (Zay yesterday), actually Zay gets hit a lot before the ball arives, I recall at least 4 this year with no flag.
-
I agree, he is much more accurate that people give him credit for. In my opinion, the area where he needs to improve is to not throw so hard all the time. There are times that a simple easy to catch ball is required, therefore it will be easier for the WR to catch or even to adjust to the ball if needed. Take the pass to Zay that he missed for example. He put too much into it. If not, Zay would of had time to stop as he did and put to hands on the ball insted of just one.

Everybody keepo saying it was jsut the Jets, but they have a good D, and their D-line its really good. I didn´t pay much attention to the o-line yesterday, but if it didin´t pup up it means they played really good. No stupid penalties, good run game and enough time to pass. I think they all play good.

Has the light finally gone on for Zay Jones?
Antonio replied to KOKO NFL's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
True, we need to stop that BUST mentallity when players take more than half a season to show up. It used to take years before a player becomes a superstar, now we want them to be after their debut. -
I hope he can pull an Oswailer (sp) and get us that W. Shady needs to have a big day.

A couple of frustrating plays yesterday IMO
Antonio replied to John from Riverside's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I will try that too. But if you notice, they are playing (LAC) where playing press all day, the Bills needed to go deeper and have some succes to have the CBs back up a little. The seam routs and middle range crossers is what we needes yesterday. -

I really would love for Neal to develop nicely... he is a hard hitting defender with good range.

Road Schedule Will Determine Bills Fate
Antonio replied to corta765's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I would add Houston to the ones we might have a chance. Min and GB are going to be really hard, but I think they are at the beginning of the year, so hopefully KC and his WR are not in sync yet and Arod... well if he is healthy he will most than likely kill us.
