I don't understand? I just seen on Instagram that OBJ is better than any WR on the Bills roster. Didn't Miami realize this?

When he was drafted I always thought he was going to be moved to DE due to his size and used in a roll like Richard Seymour. On light passing downs you could bump him inside. The only reason he is able to fill a dt roll is because he is super strong and quick. I struggle to understand the ick with how they keep using him.
