This team wants run after the catch, so I expected the Hines type move and I expect the return of the jet sweep and more things to use Mckenzie in the open field again. I think those WR screens will start being a staple as well with many players since we have a bunch of guys that can block and run them. Why run risky slants that can be tipped when you can go outside into open space?

Claypool is bad and the Steelers fans complain his lack of ability to us his size to fight for balls. Fields is ugh… The Bears are just an org that the good players want to leave and they need about 3 years of big drafts to be relevant again. I know, I live in Chicago and they are awful. Fields isn’t even that great of an overall athlete or they would be using him as a mini Lamar. His passing is poor and they can’t trust him to even run an option on a team that runs constantly. He is not a future QB. His ceiling is a quicker Brissett. This Claypool move won’t solve anything. They had to trade Roquan because there was no way he would ever sign there next year.

Since Kamara is not free, they need a major game changer to even think about RB. The only guy that seems to be on the market that fits that is Jacobs. I doubt the Raiders will give him away for anything under a 3rd, which is too high a price for a rental. You would have to trade Moss to get back at least a 5th which is a challenge since he never plays.

Let’s sign Bruuuce back for the playoffs. He’s good for 10 impactful snaps a game and he play for no $ to get his ring. Anyone that requires more than a 4th rounder is a waste unless they would have a large impact and little salary.

We will not replay our “we are bored at halftime approach” with the Jets. Once up 24-7 we will pour it on. This week will be a big boy win. This is not the time for the Jets to want to play us. Their QB is worst on the league under pressure.

We should win all 5 of our remaining division games. The Pats are awful, the Jets only had a shot at home and they would need a massive running game since their QB wilts under pressure and their is no way way Miami beats us at home I December in a pay back game. At worst we lose 1 game of the 5 due to so weird weather/turnover game. KC always loses at least 1 or 2 unexpected games to the Raiders or Chargers. They will also one of the Titans/Bengals/Rams/Seahawks.

I just watched the last playoff game on NFL network and it again makes my biggest concern our coaching in big moments. I didn’t realize we actually called 2 defensive timeouts. Each right before those 2 final 4th quarter defensive plays where we still stopped squat. Ewww. We win Sunday if we don’t get outcoached, again. Note: the positive side of watching that playoff game, Ingram and Hill destroyed us and they are gone and our worst OL from that game, Williams was awful and is not on our team anymore.

I played as a WR. It affects your cuts, not your hands concentration unless it hurts, which means he should be sitting this early in the season. I think they are solely keeping him in there for his blocks which still taxes his ankles and is unnecessary when we never run. It’s dumb coaching to not sit him and get him right for some big games coming up. Put Shakir wide and keep McKenzie in the slot.
