There is no single team I wish to avoid. I wish to avoid playing both Cinci and KC in the same playoffs because beating both is a hard ask. That’s why home field matters so much.

Cinci defense on 3rd down is the key here. They play dime man a ton on that down. Should they continue that we will eat them up and Josh will run wild. Should they switch it up to zone, they it becomes a shift to Beasley and Knox.

I think Josh has that competitive spirit that Favre had but I think Josh is a much brighter and even more athletic QB. Favre was also stubborn and I remember him yelling at his team and coaches, something you do ever see from Josh.

We have not played the Bengals recently so this is a tough game to call and both teams have played games where they have a bad half here and a good half there and mixed in turnovers. This game could go many ways. I truly believe we only go to the Super Bowl by winning this game to secure home field. The margin for error is too small in the AFC to possibly have to win 3 playoff games with 2 on the road just to get to the Super Bowl, IMO.

Waiting to see if he can make any impact on shirt yardage or on goal to go. That will show me he is worthy of praise. So far he is what I thought he minimally could be, which is a least a complimentary speed back like Kenny was to Thurman.

They played the 1 loss eagles down to the final 5 minutes just running it, which is our weakness.

I am hoping that Dorsey, unlike Daboll, is saving his offensive diversity for the playoffs. Trick plays, unique plays like TE screens, more motion, etc. might be saved for the playoffs or must have games (like Cinci.) I am projecting that by the way because I am also frustrated with his lack of slants, screens, bubbles, motion, runs, and creative plays. With all this said we are 11-3 and scoring fine. He is also learning along the way. Right now his shotgun on third and 1 or 2 is the main thing that makes me bonkers as it kills play action.

Yep Knox dropped 2 that would have combined for 35 yards. McKenzie got ripped off on that 30 yarder that was truly a Catch and Beasley, oh that’s right Beasley barely played because he was tired from his 7 snaps.

I live in Chicago. Their team is awful with a capital A. Their defense is super young and makes terrible reads and their best prospect is some undrafted LB. Their QB is not accurate and their offense has zero passing game. You can load up against the run on early downs and have Tremaine spy him. The wind in that stadium does not circle like Highmark and shouldn’t be an issue. 37-10 or worse.

After watching the Cole interview I really changed my opinion on what I saw in his play with Tampa. I didn’t feel he had much left. Now I really feel he just didn’t want to be there. That’s great if we can get the old Cole back to open up that short between the hashes game.
