It's this. I think if the Chiefs had Allen and the Bills had Mahomes it doesn't really change much. I think the Bills still lose in the playoffs to the Chiefs. I also don't think Mahomes is an elite QB any more. It's odd but once Eric Beinemy left they have struggled on Offense. Travis certainly looks slower. You watch their games and everything seems to take so much effort. Meanwhile their Defense just shuts teams down, which gives their Offense more and more chances. My dream in the playoffs is somehow have the Ravens and Chiefs play in the second round but that would require like the Steelers winning their division.

Tannehill in Tenn was the most surprising. He wasn't a bust in Miami but he wasn't good either. A lot of Offenses now are similar to colleges... you take a talented QB and pair them with Jefferson, Metcalf, and Evans and all of a sudden they look better. All three of the Vikings, Seahawks, and Bucs have multiple WRs and atleast 1 RB. It's like OCs with elite QBs.

Update: Benching Mahomes for Stafford was a great idea I screwed myself earlier when I put Mahomes back in for Cousins (for his 500 yard game against the Bucs) instead of just sticking with Cousins Rams up by 8. Vikings still have a chance

I just don't think you can do it with Mahomes throwing more picks than TDs. This is exactly what happened with Lamar last year but he actually had good numbers (not great). If Mahomes has 22 TDs and 18 picks and the Chiefs go 17-0 you simply can't give it to him
