  1. Wait, so why is he "creepy" though? He's annoying as hell & constantly glazes Mahomes (even when he's not calling a Cheifs game), but I feel like I'm missing some context about the "creepy" part ๐Ÿ˜…
  2. I only now decided to check in on this game since I just got off work. Jameis has thrown for 450 yards?!!?! Wtf! I knew he was a gunslinger, but didn't expect Jameis to have the most passing yards in a game this year (haven't checked, but Burrow hit 400 at one point, right?)
  3. Fitz's response to this post made me choke on my coffee...
  4. Now we just need a passing highlight next week to add to the reel.
  5. I just read his whole post, and he seems to know our team better than some on this board (me included)! Impressed that came from a Phins fan. Ok, that's what I thought, but I wasn't quite sure. Obviously, I'd prefer the 1st round BYE, but if all things stayed the same, it would still be a pretty good path.
  6. If the standings stay as they are now, would the Ravens face the Bills or Chiefs in the divisional round (assuming we both win in round 1)? Because I'd still prefer whichever route avoids them. Not because of Lamar, but because of Henry ๐Ÿ˜…
  7. I can't hear those Marv Levy quotes & not think "WHY DO WE STILL NOT HAVE 90'S RED HELMETS AS AN ALTERNATE ALREADY?!" Even if they're not everyone's favorites, they're still a great look, and it'd be a shame to not see Josh play in that look at least once.
  8. Well he got 5 tackles/3 solo tonight, and best of all - he's still healthy! I'd call that a win on top of another win!
  9. "I don't care about the evidence, so I'll just make something up!"
  10. Is that live camera still active at the new stadium construction site? Might be a good way to checkout how hard the snow is coming down for us out of town folks
  11. This is definitely the way to handle it. We need him healthy & sharp come playoffs. And for once, it looks like guys will be coming back at the right time instead of losing them at the worst time. Just need Amari, Coleman & Kincaid healthy, and we're in business! Another great thing about having Milano back is that it gives us a bit more leeway if anyone else gets hurt. Obviously, I hope no one gets hurt, but Bernard got injured in the playoffs last year. If that happened, it'll be a major benefit having Milano there.
  12. Welcome back!
  13. Fitz on Twitter has been great! He'll also respond to you when you reply to his posts, and he seems like he's everywhere. I felt all sweet & special when he replied to me just last night. What a swell guy! ๐Ÿ˜
  14. But NFL math never works. The Ravens defense is 23rd in points, allowing 24.5 PPG, and their pass D is 31st, giving up 277 YPG. We put up 10 points & threw for 180 yards & 0 TDs. Meanwhile, they lost to the Raiders & Browns, the latter of which put up 29 points on them. So even though the 49ers only put up 17 points against a team we blew out, doesn't mean Purdy won't be able to have much more success against our D. Not saying he'll carve us up, but divisional games are a lot different than out of conference games. Maybe he'll do awful in the snow, or maybe the snow benefits them more than us. CMC might finally come alive this game, and we'll have to hope Cook can match him.
  15. Agreed. The only reason I'd want to skip KC is to avoid the potential humiliation of being 0-4 in the playoffs against them. Outside of that, I'd rather play them than play the Ravens. No matter how good the D looks during the regular season, I don't trust them to be able to stop the run in the playoffs. Last year we were screwed over by injuries, but it's not like the did any better against the Bengals in 2022 or the Chiefs in 2023. And if they commit to slowing down Henry, Lamar can torch them over the top. He's been both dangerous & efficient passing this year. I know it was only week 4, but it wasn't just a loss, it was a blowout. We didn't even look like we belonged in the same conversation as them.
  16. Back in the day when I worked at Circuit City, I was trying to look up an order on the ancient computers they had & saw the name "Dirk Nowitzki." I realized that anyone who had ever ordered anything to be picked up at ANY location was saved in the system, including phone numbers & addresses. Being an idiot teenager, I quickly searched up Bills players & jotted down several phone numbers. I was too afraid to call any of them, but my dumb*ss did call Dirk & got his voicemail, but the next time I called the number was disconnected ๐Ÿ˜…
  17. They absolutely could have. But could, woulda, shoulda... No point in complaining now (though that probably won't stop me the first time snow screws us over in the new stadium) ๐Ÿ˜…
  18. Caleb is lucky he's a rookie 1st round QB, otherwise his ass would be on the hot seat too. Obviously, the coach deserves plenty of blame for not calling the TO, but Caleb is just as responsible for playing with no urgency! Dude was just lolly-gagging back there, twiddling his thumbs while the clocked ticked away. Everyone at my house began yelling "SNAP THE BALL!" as he just waited an additional 8 seconds after getting to the line to even hike it. And that's after he took a sack at the worst possible time! Eberflus could've bailed his QB out with a TO there, but Caleb playing with his head in the clouds at the end of the game was just baffling to watch.
  19. I get what you're saying, but the flip side is it being a REAL rivalry where both teams go back & forth trading victories & losses. I'd rather not lose to the Dolphins just to keep the rivalry more heated. If we continue beating them for the next decade, I'm more than happy with things staying the way they are. But in a way yeah, I wish they'd be a bit more competitive against OTHER teams sometimes, but that's mainly because it makes our wins against them more credible. If the Dolphins continue to crap the bed every time they play an above average team, it makes our 2 wins against them not impressive at all
  20. See, Stefon Diggs totally overreacted. Josh wasn't "cheating" on his old gf, he was just courting his future wife! Congrats to Josh & Hailee, you guys are both awesome!
  21. It didn't say he wasn't accurate, he's just not as accurate as some other players, and he's not known for tight timing/getting the ball out quick or throwing guys open. That's all true, and it's one of the reasons why Bills receivers never ranked highly in YAC in years past. That's changed now, but mostly because of all the WR screens. It's not an insult or anything, Josh is just never going to be like Brady with the quick timing routes or have Purdy's efficiency.
  22. Thank you, but I won't be needing it after I become filthy rich! But in the rare chance that I'm wrong, I have an out. It's called jumping off a cliff.
  23. Bills - 33 49ers - 33 First tie of the NFL season. Betting the house on it.
  24. ๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™‚๏ธ Sir, that sounds an awful lot like Bills talk. ๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿšจ
  25. This drive is exactly what I'm worried about Detroit can really pound the ball. Just wish they used Montgomery more since I'm starting him in fantasy! ๐Ÿ˜…
