  1. I trust they have a very specific vision, to draft a QB next year, and to hang their hopes on building over the following 2-3 years. The only question is will the Pegulas give them the time, and will McDermott specifically be given the time?
  2. Tyrod is going to pull a Drew Brees and have a breakout year. We'll have to franchise him. Then, since we're unsure about if he can maintain that level, we'll draft a QB in the first like we obviously intend to now to sit behind him and wait a year. A man can dream.
  3. I don't see them getting rid of Jones or Peterman. Maybe one goes to the practice squad so they can keep Yates, but otherwise I expect both of them to be retained in some capacity.
  4. I mean until we (and the rest of the league) can prove we can hang with them, they deserve to laugh all they want. 5 Super Bowl wins, playing in 7....that's just insane. In one QB generation they have tied the Cowboys for 2nd most Super Bowl wins of all time. That's insane.
  5. But you know this time next year all we'll be hearing is how "this QB class is weak, let's wait till 2019 for the stronger class."
  6. Just letting you know the original post says Mahomes is from Texas A&M, but he's from Texas Tech.
  7. Maybe if we had the QB that would work well with, I could see it. But TT isn't really a quick, timing route kinda guy.
  8. Really hoping Mahomes is still there in the 2nd and that the Bills draft him.
  9. I was 5, with my first game being the Redskins vs Bills Super Bowl. I lived in Northern Virginia, and all my family were Skins fans, yet I couldn't understand it. All I saw was ugly colors and a dumb looking logo. When I saw the Bills colors (what kid doesn't like Red, White & Blue?!) and the charging Buffalo logo, I fell in love! From then on, I became obsessed with "the Buffaloes" as I called them for my first year of fandom, and my dad actually encouraged it. He had friends from work at an office in Buffalo, and had them send me boat loads of cool Bills memorabilia, football cards, etc. I learned every single thing about the team, each player, and the sport of football in that one year and never let up. Sad thing is the last time the Bills made the playoffs I was 13.... I'm almost 31 now. How depressing is that? Still, since I was 17 and could drive I have only missed watching 4 Bills games in that time frame (I live in Texas now, so moved even further away). Also, greetings to everyone here - I'm among the longtime Buffalo Bills Message Board users that found this place to migrate to. Hope to get to know you guys better in the coming weeks/months/years!
