    Offensively? Most likely not. Unless a QB plays at a high level. Cant really see that happening with how poor the line is. Defensively? I think they will play better, but they might struggle if the offense cant move the ball and give them time off. So I think we are going to have a worse year.

    This is true. If we end up trading outside of 4 we may not have to risk the farm.

    It most certainly does have an effect. There is such thing as too high a price. You can say this and that....but if you give up the farm and miss. You are done as an NFL GM.

    You might think about it if the QB rumors are targeting has a shoulder and a couple of concussions on his rap sheet. Id be a lot happier if we had our pick of QB...but right now its lookin like Rosen at 4 or lower. You might not change your plans...but you sure as hell jeopardize a young QB with a weak line. Not deep either.

    Just wondering what you guys think. Its a tough sell for me now. Imagine taking a guy like Rosen with health issues already and some key holes on the O line. Could be a rough year and a rough record. We could be giving up a high pick next year if the 2019 1st is offered.

    What if nobody in the top 5 is willing to part ways with their pick? Do you give up this draft and a 2019 1st rounder for it? There has to be a limit man.

    If the Browns actually get a franchise QB this year you have to think tanking is worth everything. You look at the Browns roster and look at what they could add after the draft.... They could easily have turned the corner.

    Consistent high level QB. Pretty much a guy who will be playing at a probowl level almost every year.

    With the exception of Rudolph all those guys are pretty mobile and throw outside of the pocket.
