  1. If you are making a play reviewable you have to correct it. If its Saints vs Rams only that is nonsense. It's too big a penalty not too.
  2. It's not like they are both playing well and it will go by game flow. I think I read somewhere that they changed QBs in 4 of 5 games. I applaud the turn a negative of terrible Qb in 5 games to now the difficulty of scheming for 2 poor Qbs.
  3. No one in the league is unbeatable. Their is not an offense in the Buffalo cant slow done. Buffalo will go as far as Allen takes them. If he gets hot throwing deep look out. Or he avoids turnovers look out. I will take some turnovers with 50 plus plays. Without that I wont.
  4. Unlike previous Buffalo Bill's fast starts the ball really hasnt bounced their way. The stars didnt align for Buffalo to be 4-1. Sure NYJ and NYG have poor records. The Jets are a different team with Darnold and Barkley makes the Giants dangerous. The offense has not put together a complete game yet. Heck, maybe not even a half. They fall into laulls and Allen tries to do too much to pull them out of it. I remember the Fitzmagic start. Every 50/50 ball he lobbed it fell into Bill's arms. Gailey schemed a nifty role for Spiller. Every, tipped pass or dropped ball land into the Bill's arms on defense. The league caught onto Fitz, Gaileys offense, and the paper thin run d. Buffalos season turned into a pumpkin by Halloween. This week possibly facing Fitz it's made me compare. Buffalo is a for real team in a league of flawed teams. The defense is the tops in the league. They just haven't gotten the tipped balls to land in their hands yet. Allen hits a deep ball or 2 now the Bill's have an offense that can drive it 75 yards in 9 plays or 1. With his arm and the speed of Brown, Foster or McKenzie its inevitable. That deep ball returns Sunday. Buffalo more than covers and the defense scores more points than Miamis offense.
  5. I think he really opens up the offense. Imo Knox has separated from the other TEs. Kroft is an all around pretty good Te. The formations with Kroft and Knox would put pressure on defensive personnel.
  6. Well, if I know anything about coach speak, Greens definitely being traded by the deadline. I guess Cincinnati is sick of being low balled.
  7. Might as well add Odell to the list now.
  8. Throw for 300 yards vs Philly or on Thanksgiving. Those games the defense could give up more than 20. Miami should be multiple 100 yard rusher performance. Gore and Singletary each. I'm curious to see what the offense looks like off the bye with the whole offense hopefully healthy for the first time all season.
  9. NE are one of the most aggressive franchises. AB, Corey Dillion, Talib, Revis, Moss, the list goes on and on. They will make a move or look to add talent at the expense of next years 1st or 2nd if they are high enough quality. It's all make believe. The Cap goes up every year, the draft is a crap shoot. Look at the future but win today. If you are a player or 2 away go find those 1 or 2 players now. Tomorrow may not come.
  10. Just continue to gel and gain experience together. The offense needs to take a practice this week and work on the scramble so everyone can get on the same page. Deep you comback, short look for space backside cross the formation than cut it deep. With Allen's arm they need a guy to catch a defense scrambled and go deep. Steelers with a young Big Ben had organized madness. Buffalos offense could get some cheap chunk plays if they have an understanding of what to do, and what's expected in those situations. Maybe avoid the interception that took place sunday.
  11. Core special teamer. With Milano dinged, Sanford will concentrate more on Defense than special teams.
  12. I have 0 care what a player makes. Having "bargain" production doesn't matter when the Franchise is sitting on 100 mil in cap space. Sure signing a bunch of mid level players to blotted contracts doesnt work. Adding a player to the offense or defense during the bye week to make a push "This" year has more good than bad outcomes. At a time when Buffalo was on tilt, trading for Benjamin gave the team a jolt and legitimate mis match outside that propelled a playoff berth. Long term it didnt pan out. Short term? They made the playoffs, and were also terrible catch no catch call from beating NE in Ne after Halloween. The schedule this year is shaping up for the first 10 plus win team since the 90's. I feel Buffalo should make a move now. Maybe catch a team sleeping on them, and the projected pick wont be as good as they think? Best believe the teams Buffalo has to get past are looking to do the same thing.
  13. It was posted yesterday or after the game, that Jones was going to be traded at the start of the year. I think it was a combination of not enough in return and Foster battling through injury. I expected Jones to have a big year. Didnt happen. Williams brought some extra juice to the team and offense.
  14. Ramsey not liking Marrone makes him a process guy to me lol. In reality hes been the best player on the team and is the last guy they are re signing. Basically, they are just not going to and tag him as long as they can. Wanting to be paid doesnt make you a bad guy in the terms of pro sports.
  15. Jordan Phillips is the only guy who's in the conversation to needed to be resigned. Every one else is under contract for 2 or 3 years.
  16. As much as I would like a move for Julio Jones or DeAndre Hopkins they are not available. Diggs, Gordon, Ramsey, Green, and who else? Gordon would cost the least annually and resources. It's not A typical in how teams are made but would play into the strengths of a top defense and strong arm Qb. Run the ball effectively + playaction = Big plays.
  17. With the resources and money I hope Buffalo does something. They are 3rd in the AFC. The defense in January will keep them in any game. Imo adding some extra juice to the roster could be the difference in advancing in the playoffs. Move into the small group of teams with actual Superbowl hopes. Whether they deem that guy to be Gordon, Diggs whoever, maybe a defender, they put themselves in position make the most of it. Whoever, they bring they have the cap space and assets to please the player and team.
  18. They have the money. Short term deal. Gore a primary backup role. Gordon and Singletary in a Ingram and Kamara type split. It doesnt make the team worse. They got 80 mil plus next year still almost 15 mil this year. Use 36 of the 95 for a top 10 back? Yeah.
  19. You would have 2 seasons of control. You trade for him and give him a 3 year deal all paid this year and next and hes happy.
  20. I like Williams' edge he plays with. He brings a different element to the passing attack. I thought Jones was primed for a big year. Maybe, Williams makes the most of his playing time and produces the way I thought Jones would. Seems like Foster has battled injuries all year. Him healthy adds some extra juice to the passing attack as well.
  21. This. Keep Singletary to 10 to 15 touches. Gordon between the tackles. Because Buffalo has player X doesnt mean a player cant be brought in that's better.
  22. Imo, Allen is completely under rated. I know PFF wants to make Bill's fans seem delusional for saying this. Allen is being taught the position. They are giving him field reads, I dont see alot of scripted 1 read throws this year. Through 15 games hes got more wins then losses. 4 comeback wins, 5 game winning drives.
  23. I disagree. Singletary showed this as well. The runs Gore gets10-15 Gordon gets you 20-30. The Oline is responsible for the rushing yards with Gore. Gore at this point will get the yards that are there, but not much more. In an attempt to compete with KC and NE, I would like to see Buffalo make a move like this. Gordon upgrades the rushing attack and underneath passing attack.
  24. Zay is a west coast wr. Imo he will do well in Oak. Carr has one of the lowest air yards. Zay does his best work over the middle/intermediate. Regardless, no matter what happens in Oak the fit isnt there with Buffalo. When he was drafted Buffalo was running a West Coast offense so his skill set matched the offense. Having a big body wr like Williams is a nice change up. The Whaley term, when hes covered hes open.
  25. In my opinion they can be. The offense is moving the ball, but shooting themselves in the foot with untimely penalties and mistakes from Allen. The defense is stingy, yet not making game breaking plays yet. I think KC has peaked like every Andy Reid team. Brady is not the same guy. That oline is poor. Buffalo can find a groove offensively the second half of the year and the defense can score some points, they can beat anyone.
