  1. Most likely Diggs as he was the guy in Minnesota doing that. Either way I'd love to see an open set with Singletary getting the jet pass.
  2. I'm very okay with this...similar to Lawson and he has had more production over the last 4 years. Plus the salary is front loaded to this season.
  3. I'm aware the knee is giving some hesitation to teams, but if he had the surgery right away like most guys do, then I feel like the knee would be healed as of now. I get you'd want to do a once over as a staff, but it was torn in August so by March 17th he'd already be well into the rehab process.
  4. It's running back, also he wouldn't be our starter. Miller would be number two to Singletary, less concerned with consistency, more interested in what he does for us skill wise while he's on the field.
  5. We don't have 22 anymore...
  6. With Trufant out in Atlanta today I'd bet McBeane give him the once over. Played against him in NFC South plus he's not counting against the formula. Give me Jonathon Garvin out of Miami in round 4 please. He abused McGlichy (San Frans 1st round tackle) two years ago when Miami hosted Notre Dame, plus he has lots of room to grow
  7. Looking at this, Howard would be a solid pick up. He's not going to wow you, but he's going to convert those 3rd and 3 or less situations we were so bad at last year. He also doesn't put the ball on the ground. Also he was moved out of Chicago based on the new Matt Nagy scheme plus when you have crazy contracts like Mack and needed to extend players like Eddie Jackson and Fuller coming up a RB isn't as valuable to you. Lamar Miller is the dynamic back everyone cries for. Yes I know he's older but once Miller gets through the hole he's a home run threat every time. He's got that sneaky speed and he's the only RB with two TD runs of 95 yards or longer in NFL history.
  8. AP came back from the ACL even better, but then again AP is a different animal. But you stack chips and sign Reader, never hurts to have 3 good DT two of which are awesome run stoppers.
  9. As long as its inter-conference and not really going to affect playoff position (for the most part). Although I think all four teams in the division should play the same division on that week
  10. He's a guy I'd consider for the Lo role, move him to the Sam spot and let him go to work on the run game
  11. Watching that today I think Justin Jefferson definitely helped his stock, Claypool will get bumped up some WR boards, Antonio Gibson showed the versatility as a WR/RB, Reagor will drop some, DPJ will get over drafted, and KJ Osbourn cemented himself as a late day 2 early day 3 pick
  12. I don't mind Higgens, but personally I'd prefer Jefferson. I like the size speed ratio of Higgens and the catch radius he has but, I really think Jefferson is going to be the steal at WR. He's got the ability at the line to make the press miss and set up his route against the DB to create separation. Plus he's a hell of a blocker
  13. From what I know, Rams are on the hook for Gurley's salary till he's no longer on team. So if he's traded after the bonus is paid out then the Rams are on the hook for the $7.55 million, whichever team would be acquiring him would be on the hook for the remaining cap hit (pro rated if he's traded mid season) for the season and remaining contract. Reading this tells me Gurley is only fully guaranteed for this season and if we cut him next season before the start of the league year we have an 8.4 million penalty for the next two years of his contract bonus $. So if this is what I'm reading and I'm right, then yes, as long as we acquire him after the start of the league year. I'll gladly pay the $9 million or so this year, then try to get a restructure done. If not then I'll take the modest cap hit. You can sell the restructure of his contract as we were the team that still saw value in you and we're trying to pitch count you for longevity, lets restructure the deal into performance base incentives
  14. That's where I agree, but since I won't pay for thedraftnetwork, unfortunately I took BPA/Value with Weaver for mine. I do them daily just to see how the board falls now.
  15. Draftnetwork 22 Mekhi Becton, OT Louisville - BPA plus it allows us to maybe kick Ford inside and put Dawkins at RT. 54 Curtis Weaver, EDGE Boise State - Pass rusher is a need, was successful at Boise 86 Thaddeus Moss, TE LSU - Not a vertical threat but takes Lee Smith off the field and is a big target in the short and intermediate game. 118 Tyler Johnson, WR Minnesota - Big bodied WR in a deep draft, has all the tools just needs to put it all together 137 Justin Strnad, LB Wake Forest - Athletic versatile LB who can play coverage and sideline to sideline in the run game. Makes the cover 2 scheme more dangerous 149 Marlon Davidson, EDGE Auburn - Says "Edge" but projects to a DT in a 4-3 front. At 6'3 297 he will help in the run game and push the pocket inside 168 Lavert Hill, CB Michigan - Former 5 star corner, bit smaller but hes a good zone corner. 181 Tommy Kraemer, IOL Notre Dame - Solid interior OL adds depth in case Spain leaves. 187Antonio Gibson, RB Memphis - Tweener, RB/WR more of a gadget player with decent size. Easily the best player on the field for Memphis this past season
  16. I feel like mine is fairly realistic to get a good value guy
  17. OR get a scary db
  18. Or a DT, side note if we go RB I'll murder someone
  19. That's fair, I think we'll agree to disagree here based on our opinions ☺️
  20. Yes, I have, personally I'm not a huge fan of his. I get people like him, but I want a WR who gets open against both press man, and off man and zone. Jefferson does all that as an average sized WR plus he's a willing blocker
  21. This I could understand the trade up for a player like Chaisson or Andrew Thomas. But Ruggs is meh to me aside from speed. I'd rather get Jefferson if you're not going big.
  22. With pick 17 the Baltimore Ravens select K'Lavon Chaisson Edge LSU Wppete is now on the clock Baltimore saw the value of Chaisson sitting there and the desire to add even more weapons off the edge with the exotic looks our scheme employs we started salivating at the possibilities of setting the edge and getting to the qb
  23. @Virgil am I still taking Baltimore?
  24. I'd love to see us go after Daryl Williams out of Carolina, the knee should be healthy now and he could put Ford inside and create a really solid right side. I'd also like us to take a run at Leonard Williams, I doubt the Giants let him walk, but he can play the LE in a 4-3 and play rush DT making Phillips expendable. But Williams would be near the top of my list at RT. Side note, if David Johnson becomes available I'd love to add him to pair with Singletary, plus he's a great back in the passing game and as a number two may help his longevity
