  1. Why would the Giants want Hughes when they already have 2 expensive pass rushers?
  2. I question whether he is just a workout warrior. Great throwing when there is no defense but not mentally strong enough to deliver in real game pressure
  3. Allen's arm has always looked great in practices. The problem is his accuracy collapses under pressure of a game.
  4. You have this completely the wrong way round. Rudolph is low ceiling high floor. Allen are very high ceiling very low floor. Allen has the lowest floor on of any QB in the draft and if his inaccuracy from college doesn't improve he'll be out the league in 3 years
  5. Josh Allen as looks good with no opponents on the field. With no pressure his arm is exceptional. The problem is, when he faces the slightest bit of pressure he breaks. No they didn't. Wentz was accurate, Allen isn't
  6. That's fine. History has shown scouts to be 100% accurate. Forums exist because there isn't a single standard opinion
  7. Just like Lauletta he is marked down because of where he played College Football.
  8. Yes please, I really rate him and you could get him in the 2nd and not mess around throwing away picks in trades. He strikes me as a Beane McDermott QB, very smart and no obvious weaknesses
  9. I think he came across excellently in the interview. His concussions really worry me though Darnold won't be there at 4.
  10. Yet they are letting him walk in free agency. The guy is all potential, no production.
  11. Watkins, in the one of the most high powered offenses last year, whilst staying healthy, got outplayed by Cooper Kupp. The guys is always primed for a good season, he never has them. People need to stop living off hope with Watkins.
  12. I'd much rather we draft another CB than re-sign Gaines. It would be a lot cheaper and its always sensible to draft a DB every year to keep a pipeline of them coming through. We don't have huge amount of cap space and I really don't see signing a backup CB which is what Gaines would be, is a smart priority.
  13. Mike White is the really obvious day 2 or 3 Beane / McDermott type player. He comes across very smart, has decent arm strength and looks the part
  14. But all they did is then post pointless forum polls
  15. After the top 4 QBs are gone I simply don't see a point in trading up. Use your 2 1sts on centre piece starters for the next 5 years on the lines, or at LB and take White or Lauletta in the 2nd round.
  16. How did he help himself? He showed exceptional physical talent and wild inconsistency, just as he has done his entire career.
  17. No I probably wouldn't, because I'd rather go D line, O line or LB in the 1st and take Mike White or Kyle Lauletta on day 2. I think both of those have the potential to be very good starters, but are more traditional so don't get hype like Jackson
  18. One of the guys on the site got into an argument with Josh Rosen on Twitter about knowing better than Josh himself whether he was going to declare for the draft. And then when it was pointed out how ridiculous he looked he just carried on arguing. It was just about the worst act of journalism I've ever seen on social media. If you find Rosen on Twitter I'm sure it's still there
  19. After the what happened with Josh Rosen, I'm amazed people read that site
  20. Lack of conditioning? Aside there being no proof at all. He would be responsible for his own conditioning, it's no one's responsible except his own.
  21. You do realise he has even worse stats and played even less in Jacksonville than he did in Buffalo? Don't get sucked in by Jags media narrative. He has done even less from the Jags than he did for the Bills and all the talk is a convenient distraction for them, it's stopping the media questioning why they traded for a dud.
  22. Are we taking the judgement of a 1-31 head coach as an endorsement?
  23. The Bills massively helped him, most teams would have kicked him out of town long before the Bills did. Oh, and he hasnt been very good in Jacksonville either......
  24. He is a "yeah whatever" player for me. He is being over-hyped because the draft is really thin at the top of WR. He looks a good WR2 in the NFL for me, which is fine, but I dont think you need to draft those in round 1. There is a lot of WR depth, but its WR2 depth on day 2, where you have plenty of decent options. If we look at WR, I'd be tempted to look at someone like Dante Pettis or Christian Kirk, who could come and start day 1 as a returner, and mix into the WRs. You could get him in day 2, and actually has a clear role on the team. If you arent getting a top WR, I want to see that add some more value to the team.
