  1. A garbage can? It would stop pass rushers longer than Miller does.
  2. And Miller is a lot worse, yet gets 1/50 of the criticism
  3. I feel fine. It feels like a team in rebuild so it feels half complete. My worry is I don't think they were expecting the Wood and Incognito retirements, and didn't plan for it so I just hope Allen doesn't get long term damage which we've seen happen to rookies behind terrible O lines
  4. Possibly. I think you are right to target O line in FA, but go throw money at someone on the up, not living on past glories.
  5. I've seen what Iupati is, he is shown exactly what he is in Arizona. Past it. He is about as close to being an All Pro right now as John Miller is I'll judge multiple regular seasons, and not a part role in 4 pre season games.
  6. And? The Browns went 4-0 in the pre season, and then went 0-16. Pre season means nothing. Iupati is precisely the sort of player YOU DON'T SIGN. Old, expensive because of his reputation 3 years ago. Bad teams and GMs sign players like Iupati
  7. Mike Iupati? As the guy who has stunk in Arizona? No thanks. He used to be a very good player, he has been terrible for years You draft DBs every year because it's basic common sense. You need a lot of them, and they cost a fortune if you have to pay FAs. They tend to be coachable so you get starters late in the draft.
  8. Yet why does Ducasse get 10 times the criticism Miller gets? Ducasse actually shows traits you can use. As we saw last year, he could have a role. Miller on the other hand has been utter garbage for years
  9. There is a collective element, but it's clear watching pre season that Miller and Bodine in particular have been much worse than Ducasse.
  10. People's obsession with Ducasse is getting weird. Groy, Bodine and Miller have been far worse.
  11. Is it? Really? Is an 5th running back who would be inactive on game day really make that much difference?
  12. Clive Walford is gone from the Jets, someone will take a punt on his talent.
  13. They will get far more than a 1st. If it was the Bills negotiating in isolation your logic holds true. But we aren't, so it doesn't. The huge demand for him will push the price sky high. If he is actually available, you have multiple teams who will get into a bidding war. Plenty of teams have the cap space.
  14. Of course he would. If he was actually available for trade, there would be such a bidding war someone would end up paying multiple 1sts. La Canfora reporting he will is as strong an indication you'll ever see that he won't.
  15. Based on his performances his last couple of years on San Francisco, you can absolutely say on talent grounds he doesn't merit being on a team. He was utter garbage and was benched for Blaine Gabbert
  16. To be fair, if anyone knows what a bad QB looks like, it's a Jags player
  17. No there they doesn't have to be. For the other 31 teams there does. But this is Cleveland.
  18. No it isn't. I don't think testing against a 3rd string vanilla defence in a game where the result doesn't matter is going to really tell us anything at all.
  19. Not on the basis of Dareus' play for the Bills or Jags in the last 3 years it wasn't
  20. I agree. Furthermore we have way more depth in our secondary than last year. If we get a couple of injuries you at least have acceptable NFL players unlike in a long time + 2 unknown rookies
  21. If Ridley is their WR1 the Falcons are in a whole lot of trouble
  22. No they didn't. They drafted a WR2 to help him, not his replacement
