  1. They will dress Roberts as long as he is on the roster. He is one of the best returners in the league. We signed not to be a WR but our return guy, and his stats this year have been some of the best.
  2. Yeah, the FA class doesn't look much better than what we already have in many areas. If Alexander retires, getting Milano done is super important, same with Dawkins, we can't afford to get back into an O line mess again. With Dawkins under contract, it means you have Ford, Morse and Dawkins under contract for 3 years and basically guaranteed a reasonable O line
  3. I'd make Ngakoue the number 1 target and spend what it takes to guarantee a decent pass rush. After that, I'd prioritise using the money on re signing our own players.
  4. I'd throw Van Jefferson from Florida out there, he seems the sort of player the Bills would like. From a football family, a player with good technique. Could be a day 3 fit.
  5. Ignoring the 1st round bit, which is unnecessary. There are traits to like. But he doesn't seem to run more than a few routes, and that combined with his level suggest an early to mid day 3 player for me If the Bills go later for WR, Van Jefferson from Florida seems to be their kind of guy, great intangibles. Technical and hard working
  6. Do you have a source for that?
  7. History has shown the difference in production in round 1 versus later rounds is far bigger for Edge than WR. Indeed the recent league history of round 1 WR success is terrible. Furthermore you have to look at draft value. In round 2 there will be loads of good WRs in this draft, there won't be Edge guys
  8. Or make life easier, use some of the big free agency money available to sign Yannick Ngakoue as your lead Edge rusher and have a lot more draft flexibility
  9. It makes far sense to go Edge in round 1. There are so many WRs the drop off between late round 1 and 2 is pretty marginal, unlike the Edge rushes where there isn't much outside round 1
  10. The Chargers are the London bound team, not the Jags. Lots of noise about it being the escape route from the Chargers LA disaster.
  11. Redzone early. Chiefs Raiders later.
  12. He is facing a 10 game suspension. No one will claim him
  13. A player who keeps fumbling it, is not good insurance. He's the opposite. In an emergency, you want a guy who'll be safe and not ruin your game with turnovers.
  14. I was at the game in London. McCloud was a disaster waiting to happen every time he was on the field and the crowd sensed it. He can stay a long long way away from Buffalo. He adds nothing and his inability to catch makes him an utter liability
  15. So many old narratives in 1 post.... The team is deliberately cutting the air yards to reduce risk for Josh Allen. Metcalf is 1 dimensional, John Brown gives you everything Metcalf does as a deep threat with a lot more. The world has moved from the silly, only OTs early thing. Guards and Centers can change lines, and fortunately teams are recognising that
  16. No. Metcalf has shown he cut run fast and straight. That's it. He has looked every bit the mid round deep threat WR. Ford is just getting messed around. He is an NFL Guard. They seem to be persisting with this Tackle idea, which is pointless as he clearly isn't one
  17. Perry is a running back in name only. He's barely had a run on offense in his career. He's purely a special teams player.
  18. Diggs isn't a number 1. He is a number 2. For the Vikings he plays a very clear WR2 role complimenting Thielen. Gordon would be a waste of money now we have Singletary Real life isnt the same as Madden
  19. I want absolutely nothing to do with Green, the guy's body is breaking. And no I don't want all in either. We're more than a WR away anyway
  20. Sadly I don't think people will learn until there is a highly publicised serious injury, or worse.
  21. If people have issues with it, I think it says more about the person judging than the person wearing
  22. Not from my experience.
  23. The Rileys sports bar on Haymarket is the best place to go. They have so many screens they'll generally turn one over to anything. Always chosen it over the Hippodrome
  24. I think his impact was obvious from the start. You could tell the Jets feared him and it was creating plenty of opportunities for others.
