I like the idea of getting Clowney. Why not? We have the money, guys will get hurt, not pan out, rotate, etc.
We don't have the money if you want to keep Tre.

WRs on the roster next year:
Stefon Diggs
Cole Beasley
John Brown
Gabriel Davis - R
Isaiah Hodgins - RRobert Foster
Isaiah McKenzieThey won't be cutting Andre Roberts. They have put so much effort into improving Special Teams this off season they won't then cut a top 3 returner.

Ok THERE is your 6'4" WR. Everyone can shut up now.
You don't understand. Duke Williams WILL MAKE IT.

Was Blankenship still available?
Yes. And Bass was a lot better at the Senior Bowl apparently and had a much stronger leg

If you are worried about his leg strength, go look at his Twitter. Hitting a 60 yarder off a 1 step run up.

With the struggles with kickers all around the league, perhaps someone will trade for Hauschka?
Surely there is no more indication of a struggle with a kicker than drafting the 1st kicker off the board in the 6th round?

I'm very happy we drafted a kicker, but I think the point should have been to get someone with a big leg. This guy has a long of 50 yards and is less than 80% on all field goals. I don't get it.
He has a much bigger leg than that stat. Go watch the videos from the Senior Bowl.

Hauschka never got back to the player he was. Makes more sense to make this pick than a random position guy who'll get cut

Do a Patriots and trade him for a day 2 pick in 3 years

Can your center really be that terrible when the RB was the best in the country up the middle?
He was a turnstile. That's why he fell from round 1 in mocks a few months ago to mid day 3

Cowboys crushing it. The C out of Wisconsin will have people wondering why he fell, imo.
Because he was terrible in 2019. If you only judged him on last year's tape, he wouldn't have been drafted.

Robert Foster should be on notice.
It's goodbye Duke Williams.

Wow....I would have sworn they would have gone CB here. I know nothing about him. Time for some youtube!
The CB thing is media driven. This is a staff that clearly has got by at CB2 in both Carolina and Buffalo

Wish I could say he wont get that much money, but he isn't far off from the player Tunsil is. If Tunsil got 22 million a year, Dawkins could easily get 21.5
No clue why the Texans thought they needed to add 5.5 million to the biggest LT contract already in the NFL. Really screwed a lot of other teams by setting the market that high.
Its post the new CBA. It looks like its being assumed the salary cap will jump massively when the percentage going to players changes

Just to name a few:
Bryce Hall, CB
Antonio Gandy-Golden, WR
Harrison Bryant, TE
Tyler Biadez, IOL
Akeem Davis-Gaither, LB
I wouldn't want Biadesz, his 2019 tape was horrific and was living off his 2018 performances
-
Gandy-Golden. Requires a bit of development and so a perfect high upside pick we can afford with Diggs, Brown and Beasley

Board update time:
1. Tyler Biadasz*, C, Wisconsin - injury flag
2. Bradlee Anae, DE, Utah
3. Troy Dye, LB, Oregon
4. Darryl Williams, C, Mississippi State
5. Curtis Weaver, DE, Boise State
6. Bryce Hall, CB, Virginia
7. Prince Tega Wanogho, OT, Auburn
8. John Simpson, G, Clemson
9. Hunter Bryant, TE, Washington
10. Solomon Kindley, G, Georgia
With Biadasz its because his tape in 2019 was horrific. He looked awful.

it’s damn near midnight lol
In the UK it was gone 5am and the sun was coming by the time I went to bed. You have it easy with a midnight finish..... ?

just would be nice to invest in a contingency plan... we all love Josh. But this team is too good to let all hopes rest on one man’s shoulders.
I’m not up to speed on the QBs in this draft, is there any you guys would like in the 4th or 5th?
I know the long term success rate of QBs taken after the 3rd in the last 20 years is basically nil, but does anybody see any legit potential in Eason, Fromm, or anybody else?Nate Stanley in the 7th.

a comment about Moss not looking thrilled to be drafted by Buffalo...does this really shock anyone? Its a pretty common consensus......Until they get here and then they grow to love it..time after time after time......Just meet the guy with wings at the airport the Bills mafia will convert him to the Bills side :-)))))
I think you mis reading it. The timing and editting of those videos is all over the place

Let's have the debate now:
Epenesa/Moss
vs
Dobbins/Jennings
How about Epenesa/Moss vs Tua and the long list of mediocre players the Dolphins have drafted?

Gandy-Golden?
After his interview, I think so.

Terrel Lewis anyone? Size and speed at OLB?
Can't see them doubling up on pass rusher.

Many would argue Dobbins was.... and he’s an offensive playmaker for a team void of them.
There is a half decent RB called Devin Singletary.
