Greg Olsen is pretty good in the booth
Mountain Man replied to Dan Darragh's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think he's one of the weakest about, and a product of the obsession with trying to find the next Romo amongst recent players. He's done a lot better as a studio analyst when I've seen him than as a commentator and in a couple of years that'll be his future -
Josh Allen - Top Selling Jersey in the NFL
Mountain Man replied to BigDingus's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Simple. Because most Chiefs fans who want a Mahomes jersey will already have one. Mac Jones is new -
McDermott ranked as NFL’s 6th best coach by NEW ARENA
Mountain Man replied to BobbyC81's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think it's better to put them in tiers than rankings. There is a clear top tier of Reid and Belichek and a 2nd of 7 or 8 that McDermott falls in. -
Bills trading Daryll Johnson to the Panthers for 6th rd pick
Mountain Man replied to Process's topic in The Stadium Wall
So why would have someone have traded for Addison? -
Predictions: Surprise Cuts, Surprise 53 Signings
Mountain Man replied to Rocky Landing's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think Gilliam is combined TE3 / FB1 I think we'll only keep 2 TEs. And keep Gilliam instead as a utility player as short yardage back, FB and TE3 in practice. -
No. Because if he signs next year a starter you're getting a 3rd or 4th as a comp pick anyway Grow up.

Bills release 5 players 8/24
Mountain Man replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think so. They look like guys who weren't going to be on the 53 but could legimately get a job elsewhere -
We need to cut 5 players. Who are they?
Mountain Man replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Bobby Hart Duke Williams Brandon Powell Caleb Benenoch Syrus Tuitele The bottom of the roster OL isn't good enough so may as well get rid. Williams has very little upside and way too much competition ahead of him, let him try and get a few weeks in camp to catch on elsewhere and Powell just takes away return reps from Mckenzie and Stephenson I think you keep Fromm until final cuts just to give you flexibility in camp, and if there are QB injuries in the league you might get a 6th / 7th in a trade -
1st official depth chart has been released
Mountain Man replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
In terms of WR. He is also 2nd for both returner spots, which neither of the above 2 are. -
In the last one I saw I think they were 12 or 13th which seems about right. The Raiders are a bit low too at 20th. I'd have them borderline top 10. I'd be interested to see a poll of teams by negative opinions. Aside from the obvious Cowboys and Patriots I think the Jaguars would be pretty high, I sense increasing amounts of dislike of the media Jaguars hype train and the atmosphere at London Jaguars games has definitely turned against them in recent fixtures, they are attracting fans, but also turning neutral against them

Exactly. Spain and Germany have long established, credible fan bases. Interestingly, US fans seem far more supportive of the college games in Ireland than NFL games in the UK, Germany and Spain It is in that sense, but its a far cry from the media hype machine that somehow makes out the Jaguars are London's team. Dare I say it, the best claim to that title is the Dolphins. Who have a lot of long established support and always represent really strongly in London

https://yougov.co.uk/ratings/sport/popularity/american-football-teams/all Its done by the polling agency YouGov who do lots of surveys etc and has been done on a regular basis. An earlier version was referenced by SI, so suggest its credible https://www.si.com/nfl/dolphins/news/miami-dolphins-top-poll-for-favorite-nfl-team-in-united-kingdom#:~:text=The Dolphins were chosen as,Cowboys and New England Patriots.

The NFL don't really have a choice until they change the rules to force teams to go. They've survived recently in London using the rule that relocated teams and SuperBowl hosts have to host an international game. To expand the international series significantly will require a fundamental rule change Not really. Whilst it's grown, the most recent survey of fan support doesn't even have the Jags in the top 10 of UK supported teams. They have a strong media impact, but in terms of actually generating fans, the data suggests its been far less successful than they would like you to believe

Logan Thomas - a success or a miss?
Mountain Man replied to Ethan in Cleveland's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Let's put it in perspective. It's Logan Thomas, not Travis Kelce.
