  1. ....guess I better scrap my "move up to grab Bosa as a punter" thread idea then....oh well......
  2. ...here's another weird one........we draft McCargone from the NC State Triangle, moving back into the 1st and he's a colossal bust......then we end up with the other 2/3 of The Triangle via FA, namely Mario and Manny...go figure....
  3. ...apparently he doesn't think "it's over"......read a classic post somewhere that said, "he is a knife, fork and spoon away from a decent NFL career"...... "It's just a bad season," Benjamin said. "It is what it is. Just football, man. You have good seasons, you have bad seasons. I've had successful seasons in this league. I'll have plenty more. For some reason, it's just not the year."
  4. ....yup...trading for him would be a one year rental at $17+ mil, unless you worked out a deal which would still be close to $20 mil/yr......a bit too rich for McBeane IMO......... Frank Clark signed a 1 year, $17,128,000 contract with the Seattle Seahawks, including an average annual salary of $17,128,000. In 2019, Clark will earn a base salary of $17,128,000, while carrying a cap hit of $17,128,000.
  5. uh oh,........ Jack Del Rio: Antonio Brown is “going to be a pain in the ass” Posted by Mike Florio on April 10, 2019, 2:37 PM EDT As former Jaguars and Raiders coach Jack Del Rio pivots to a season in the media, he’s saying plenty of things. And he’s supplementing his head’s up regarding a potential Russell Wilson trade by invoking an opposite portion of the anatomy. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2019/04/10/jack-del-rio-antonio-brown-is-going-to-be-a-pain-in-the-ass/#comments
  6. an Rapoport ✔ @RapSheet The 5-year, more than $100M deal for #Cowboys pass-rusher DeMarcus Lawrence is good news for #Seahawks DE Frank Clark and #Texans edge Jadeveon Clowney. It almost certainly sets their market above $20M per year. 1,474 6:49 PM - Apr 5, 2019
  7. ...THEY keep calling and he keeps signing...HE did the math..........who is the fool here?.........
  8. ..probably makes more sense, but then again, we're talkin' logical......for THE "most NFL ready QB", Rosen didn't show much in that regard for whatever the reason(s) may be....if Kingsbury already has Murray penciled in as HIS starter (saw a mock earlier with Bosa going to 'Zona at #1), then Rosen improving his stock does not happen sitting....Bidwell's crap shoot....
  9. ...I'm a bit more conservative...so I'd say 32 picks in the 1st round...best I can do.........
  10. ...totally confused......another "FA's do not want to come to Bflo" signing?.....as Lombardi said, "what the hell is going on around here?".......has to be Mueller's next investigation...he's available now.....
  11. ..ALWAYS suspect of guys who keep their maiden names.............
  12. ....read that Dr Ruth is taking new patients......should somewhat put you at ease..........
  13. ...so then no concern about Hoyer being ready if Brady falters?......
  14. ...play your cards right, translate some of that ballsy moxy to the field son, and you could see a nice "in season extension" around the 3/4 pole.......ball is in your court.....good luck..
  15. ...seems like the Risner kid's name keeps popping up around here, but not even a sniff in Draftek mock.....ok or no?..........
  16. LOL...if you read some of the poste 'round here, pretty sure we have 86 "on the bubble"...stay tuned............
  17. ...maybe a Spain type deal...still can't believe McBeane pulled that one off on the cheap........
  18. ..Losman throwing TWO 83 yard TD's passes to #83 in the same game....what are those odds?..........
  19. ...good signing...I like this kid...........congrats Eddie......
  20. ......simple answer......make sure you have "F Troop" running the show post Polian........been there DID that........
  21. ....1000% spot on.....for instance, look at the composition of McBeane's staff......think I read it is 17+, many of which are NFL exec level VP's of Player Personnel or Directors of Pro Player Personnel from elsewhere....I'd bet that payroll alone is WELL north of $5 mil, including McBeane, ALL out of Pegula's checkbook.....and isn't TP spending $18+mil on a new performance and health/workout facility for the club?....
  22. ..it's an art from...they really have not done squat since the Warner days.....Fitz staying loyal is a head scratcher and I certainly respect him....the obscene TV revenue pot makes some of these owners, fat, lazy and richer, sitting back to rake it in....look at Brown in Cincy....think I read McBeane has a staff of 17+ and I'd bet his payroll including him is well north of $5 mil.....Brown has a staff of three, THREE, and one is his daughter......bet Mickey D's would pay her more.....
  23. never watch the Cowgirls......Jurrah turns my stomach......is Cole our Edelman/Amendola/Welker type, namely smallish but an elusive SOB?......
